All the best mate.

2. Has anybody ever used the Eden WTDI World Tour Direct Box and Bass Guitar DI Preamp? I have been looking at getting one for quite a while now but just needed to check if anyone has used one before and what experiences you have had..

3. A great article in The Guardian but only great because of the responses by some who know the REAL meaning of RNB:

Chuck Sher's 'Improvisor's Bass Method' is substantially different from other instruction books I've seen, and very good, I think, for the student who's already mastered some of the basics. Instructs for double bass and electric bass: http://www.shermusic...961470100.shtml

What kind of things are you thinking about, my friend? Classical theory or Jazz/Rock/Pop? I assume the latter but wanted to be sure? I think this is a great cause and wonder if we could contact publishers for overstocks etc. I assume there is a limited budget?

I think the Jazz/Rock/Pop route would do best. Yes, the budget is pretty limited.

Well my GAS is going very well so far this year. I have the EBS Reidmar which sounds amazing. I have the EBS Classic 112 which also sounds amazing.

However, I now have GAS for the following,

A Fender Japan Jazz 66B in white with matching headstock, blocks and binding. Yummy.

Oh Lawd! Thats tasty! I am GASsing for a 4 string Musicman StingRay in sunburst, with a maple neck.

7. When I bought my current 'go-to' bass, it was by chance because I was looking at something else. But when I saw it, I knew I had to buy it on the spot.
I didnt like the colour at the time and it bugged me after I had purchased it. I was happy with everything else just the colour was a bit off putting. Now, 2 years later, its not something that bothers me at all. I am happy with it through and through.
My question is: besides the brand, do you consider things like colour when you purchase a bass?
