    If I understand correctly, the routed shape of the pickguard lifts away from the body as a separate piece. But it appears to match exactly to the surrounding wood of the bass body, implying it was cut from that wood. Assuming the cut didn't go all the way through the body, then the only way I could do this would be to assemble the top, cut the cover, glue the top to the rest of the body, route the cavity and when all is done put the cover on. Is that how it's done?

    I would say out on T2, but I think not on T1. The pedals are in the signal chain, but not the board or the PSU.

    I was going to @Happy Jack, but as you can tell from the description these are very specialist speaker cables. 200m of cable, 4 square feet in section with gilded banana headsweet HDMI and USB connectors and weighing only 50g would be quite something!

    Tim Minchin in Birmingham last Wednesday. Hysterically funny one song, tear-jerkingly beautiful the next, f-ing sweary in all the introductions, and man what a talent! Great backing band of clearly top-notch musicians having a blast. Absolutely recommended if there are tickets near you!

    If you're playing old hymns then they're written for an organ, so long low notes are just fine. Weird problem with my IEMs today, just making farty flappy noises anything lower than the open D. Swapped the IEM amp and phones but same problem. I gave up and just listed to the room, as it sounded great out front.
