I think on most 4x4s they are significantly wider apart than on a 4-a-side headstock.
The Westone here (too narrow for a change) has tuners 2" apart and my Tanglewood is 2 1/8", Fender is 1 7/8". The difference is more striking than you'd expect.
Looks like Daphne Blue to me... but there's so much variation as sonic blue gets darker as it ages and daphne blue turns turquoise if the lacquer yellows, and they both change depending on the lighting...
Back in the 80s I got a job in Bridgend and the first day we went and got me waterproofs on the company account. Later I moved to Warwickshire and didn't wear a raincoat for 18 months.
I don't get on with active basses, on the whole. The longer I've been playing, the flatter I set my EQ and my feeling is active basses just do badly what the amp's equalisation does well. YMMV.
