If anyone's starting a Wulfpeck tribute, you've got the difficult job... 🙂 -

Fair enough! I would be nervous about using that myself - note it stresses using a carrier oil when used on skin! -

I've got to be honest, I suspect you 'pure lemon oil' is cut with something - concentrated limonene, the main component is easily flammable and causes contact dermatitis as well as killing fish. But most of all, if you used enough to cover a fingerboard your bandmates would be saying you smell like a washing up liquid factory! Whilst 'food grade' lemon oil is pure and concentrated lemon oil as sold in supermarkets for cooking is cut with vegetable oil: https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/289599286 Tesco Sicilian Lemon Extract 60Ml Ingredients INGREDIENTS: Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Oil. Personally, my worry would be that vegetable oils (as opposed to mineral oils) are more liable to oxidation and becoming sticky and horrible. Actually, would you be kind enough to share a picture of the lemon oil you use? -

Well, they want to sit back and wait for the lawsuits 🙂 Pure lemon oil with nothing else in it is nasty stuff; you are much better using light mineral oil with a drop of lemon oil in it (e.g. Jim Dunlop 65). (note that when used for flavouring food you should only use one or two drops). https://www.essentialoilsdirect.co.uk/lemon-citrus_limonum-essential_oil.html -
I hate that song.

Clip tuner, strings, psu, non-bass mic... I'm still OK!

Of course, Mr Rock almost certainly has a silver bullet handy, just in case the opportunity to plug a werewolf comes up.

Phase is always problematic for volume, a phaser mixes two versions of the original signal with each other, one with a variable frequency phase shift. When the two signals have the same amplitude a particular frequency is exactly in phase, the original's amplitude is doubled or if out of phase it is totally cancelled out. Essentially it's applying frequency-dependent boost and cut, this means that the before and after volume depends both on the frequency spectrum of the original signal and with time as the phase shift varies. In other words it's inherently difficult to match, which makes it remarkable how my ancient 'Melos Mini Phaser' that just has a speed control does so well! -
Orange Crush 25 every time, although a bit above your budget.

Just to agree with everyone, a tone to die for. I also love Boz Burrells sound with Bad Company.

Very Weather Report feel, especially the sax.

Tab (and notation) is here, but you have to download it as images. https://imgur.com/a/4qbLpzf I've managed about the first two pages...

When I was 10 this counted as pop music. What's happened? -
Only took a couple of minutes looking at a tab (that misses out the shuffle rythym) then played through, but this is a great fun one I'd love to do live.

What does it tell us that this is a song about 'Britain' rather than the 'United Kingdom'. Other than that, the forced patriotism with songs and flags... Tomorrow Belongs to Me... -

Jeah Michel Jarre Famous bassist. -
When tuning a bass always tune UP not DOWN to a note. If tuning a bass with string retainers, gently press down on the D and G strings between nut and retainer after each adjustment and before checking it.

Might join when I get my new workshop started out as I do have some amp/effect building pretensions 🙂

You need some very posh equipment to machine wind a toroidal transformer, and hand winding is difficult enough to make it pricey. -
Without wishing to be rude or hyper critical, why do people expect a natural product to be 100% consistent? If you want blemish free, get a carbon fibre instrument...
