I'm not talking Peart/Bonham type setups. 20-30 years ago every drumkit seemed to have two toms mounted on the bass drum, now they typically only have one. Our drummer says 'it's just the way people do it these days', but for the extra space and cost I can't see why? *I have an old Hohner kit with three toms (but I can't play it very well)

No, there is NO import duty on <£135 purchases - it's entirely unrelated to VAT. Paying VAT at the point of import is NOT the same as import duty. Just as the excise duty on spirits is not the same as VAT.

A standard plug/socket for pedal connections including signal and power so all you need for a pedal board is to push the pedals down onto the plugs and lock them in place, no visible patch leads required. Lever operated mute at the bridge of most basses. A non-slip adhesive backed pad you can fit to any strap.
