The round tops suit momentary switches being used as limit switches i.e. operated by something like a door or moving plate which may approach at a slight angle.
This may be why the small, rounded style is associated with them.
My understanding is that you use the same notation for the major key and its relative minor.
Minor chords are denoted with an 'm' e.g. VIm would be Am in C.

Me too. They failed whole generations who could have benefited from a bit of instruction and encouragement.
