Hi all, for sale is a Clover Avenger 5 this bass was bought in April 2009 from Bassdirect. It is in Super Mint Condition. Pictures are attached. I obtained this bass in a trade and i am just moving it on as i've ordered the 6 string bass that i wanted. I will say that i played the Clover this saturday at a gig in london and the tones that you can get out of the Delano pickups is just amazing.... I must say i really didnt know what all the switches and knobs did but i was able to play with it on the set and tune in what i wanted... Slapping was a joy and palm muting was lovely... fingerstyle was Great. It was a Gospel gig so playing that Fred Hammond style of music on the Clover was the business, but i have to admit, i'm a Ken Smith type of guy.. .. below is a link to Clover website... p.s.
