    Try to convince the band to either go glam rock or else Slipknot style metal. That way you can wear makeup or a mask on stage. 😁

    That's exactly it. Those three, whilst not being good singers in the traditional sense all have/had character to their singing voices and stage presence. I've never been able to understand the liking for Neil Young though. I just don't think his voice has any character; it's just a nasal whine to me.

    I don't hate Genesis/Phil Collins the way I used to. I wouldn't say I'm a fan but I don't turn the radio off these days when I hear them.

    Like so many, possibly Motorhead at the Ulster Hall, although I saw Black Rebel Motorcycle Club in the Mandela Hall, Belfast and at the very end it was a wall of sound with smoke and strobes which overloaded the senses. Stiff Little Fingers can be loud too.

    Venus in Furs by The Velvet underground and Nico for me on the Dunlop (?) tyre advert. I bought the Stiltskin 12"single. Side A was the instrumental version, I think, with the vocal version on the B side. Let's just say, it didn't get played very often.

    Ant's are incredibly strong for their size. Maybe he's going to use the ant as a roadie to carry the cab about. 😃

    I was quite disappointed by Sisters of Mercy. Some songs I didn't recognise until about halfway through. On the flip side, I was blown away by Lou Reed. We all know what his reputation is like, so I wasn't expecting much when I saw him perform "Berlin" live. He was amazing and even signed autographs at the front of stage afterwards.
