Oh, my bad! There is indeed a “pedal” 1/4” jack. Recall seeing an internetting saying it had been removed. So, even better! Should mean one can midi map ext control function on the C4 to a CC and then send that CC from the M Vave when the exp pedal is moved. Then whatever controllable parameter (frequency, EQ, vol etc) is configured for a given C4 preset can be controlled via exp. Killer feature. Control your favourite filter’s frequency from your foot!

M Vave is ridiculously flexible and good esp for the price. Shame they’ve dropped the exp socket on the Plus though. This link refers to the old version but there’s a lot of good stuff in here which (I guess) probably still applies to the Plus: https://forum.mod.audio/t/midi-chocolate-controller-with-the-mod-dwarf-an-introduction/7003

Source Audio Mercury flanger users, help needed

Hi! Sorry, Sunday ran away from me! So, one factory reset later, with my '12 Stage Phaser' patch loaded into the pedal (I normally recall scenes from the Hub) and using Neuro Desktop 3.0.21 (306) on Mac: when I move the physical "Delay" knob on the pedal when connected to the editor, the "Delay" knob in the Neuro editor on the Mac moves. Same is true of all other knobs i.e. the name on the pedal knob matches what moves in the editor! TBH unless I'm missing something I don't see (outside of the parametric EQ section) a "Frequency" knob in the editor? -

I’ll try again tomorrow and see if there are any weird settings / config at play, and will try loading some patches etc… -

Hello! So, with the editor on Mac looking like this: ...turning the 'Delay' knob on the pedal makes the top-left 'Depth' control move in Neuro editor. HTH? -

@Quatschmacher - soz, only just seen this. I’ve got a mercury, can try tomorrow… -
Who are you, and what have you done with the real @0175westwood29? Less of that sort of talk on here thank you

Well that was superb! Clutching at Straws, charity fundraiser in Thurlby’s (very nice) village hall. 18:00 arrival, easy get in, good sound, dancing, happy organisers! We played well… the usual Dimension USA V into GK and Barefaced. Some nice synth sounds from me eg Does Your Mother Know.

Try my main band’s drummer. Superb Taylor / Bonham style, great fills, lovely big rock animal kit and sound. Perfect for what we do. But after EVERY guitar (not keyboard, weirdly) solo he adds c. 3-4bpm. And given that JR Guitar IS Mr Solo, that’s many BPMs by the end 🤓

First one in a while! 4 Play (still funny? 😳) at the riverside in Sutton bridge. 4 - 7pm so a nice time slot. Actually played well until the getard swapped axes… to one which WASN’T tuned down 1/2 step 😝. Thankfully I play five so I just shifted but what a nob! Good crowd, singing and dancing, landlord happy (pissed, but they normally are in the Fens). Home in time for antiques Roadshow!! As always, Fender Dimension USA V Into GK Rb700 and barefaced BB2. The amp is like “I know the output from your humbuckers is too hot and things are distorting but it sounds so damn nice please can I have some more of that?”. So I obliged. I’m dimly aware that there are “not humbuckers” available… meh. Not for me ta.

Yeah that’s nice. I’d love a Mesa one day: I think they’re brilliant sounding things. Addition of HPF is great. If you can’t EQ the sound with that selection of knobs then there’s no pleasing you etc.

There’s a 12th fret?!
-
I want his number as well!!

A very nice selection. We’re also awarding points here for old school red stripe Trace cab 👌

I’d rock the 10 string Alembic for sure!

Works fine via iOS native Passwords app - just scanned the code in my existing BC password record and job done. Nice!

I’ve played with and/or been around a good few e-drummers (is that a phrase?) and yeah if they’re geeky enough to go that route, they generally have some sense about them! I’ve found most set the relative levels of the kit on the brain unit to what sounds like the balance you’d get on an acoustic kit and then leave well alone… and let the sound person do their thing. Of course, they could push their master up mid set, but then so can the rest of us!

Kay, so: not as bad as I’d expected. 4 Play (🤤) at Smith’s in Bourne. As good as a pub gets. Brilliant place. Double yellows, 200 yd walk with the gear and nowhere near to park though. We played well. One of my run downs in Don’t Look Back You Wan### was mint. My harmonies were excellent, frankly. I’d been dreading it after the last car crash gig. Good sound… outdoors, DI’d the acoustic and electric amps, kick drum and sub but bass amp was on its own. Nice to crank the GK for a change. The RB sound when the boost power amp is given some beans is the best bass amp sound on the planet - official. Into a Barefaced 12 with some tube style hair from the SA Aftershock and a 1mm plectrum and I’m like: pass the Kleenex. Fender USA Dimension 5 stringer, Boss wireless snd Robert Keeley’s Bassist compressor always on to make it just so. Dimly aware that other comps exist: meh.

£6 posted (RM 2nd class small parcel), UK only. It's clear out time: search tag molesalesummer24 Used. Held on to this after selling my GK Neo cabs, but will never use it. Gallien Kreuger used to ship these GK-branded cables with Neo cabs (they maybe still do?!) - 4 pin Speakon cable so perfect for bi-amping your RB amp to your Neo cab. Will work fine for any two pin Speakon amp > cab setup. 1.3m cable length. Connectors are unbranded so assume they're not e.g. Neutrik... always worked ok for me between RB and Neo.

If you’re near Spalding, come on over my place and get a 100% discount on the sale price!
