On the flipside, I've used the same pair of Dunlops for the last 10 years with no issues... countless guitarists I've played with who use Schallers were always having problems.

Isn't the Orange Burst still only £20? -
Got hold of a Spark Booster last month and can't believe what a sleeper this pedal is! Perfect for edge of valve break up and very minimal colouring to your original tone. I set it, turn it on and leave it for the rest of the gig. £40 new right now from GuitarGuitar!

Spark Booster sounds like what you're after. Less dark than the Mojo, less coloured and less gain. It's my always on pedal for edge of valve break up.

Has to be Phil Lynott - one of the true greats when it comes to bass playing frontmen and an iconic bass that was easily recognisable. Thin Lizzy were ahead of their time and if it wasn't for Lynott holding down a solid rhythm section, the twin guitar attack could never have happened.

I have two - Levy's MSS3 because it looks good. Neotech Mega because it helps with weight. I did have a Mono GS1 but sold that for the Neotech since it slid on my shoulder all the time.

Raise your action? Seriously, what sort of question is this?

Well increase the minimum wage then so everyone else can pay higher taxes, moneybags...

Hiscox. -
Just doing a bit of maintenance on my pedals; normal things such as tightening back plates & knobs, securing velcro/rubber feet, screwing down any loose input jacks, contact cleaner on footswitches... I get to my Green Russian Muff and it was shipped with a battery which is still inside, two years expired! Fortunately, the battery hadn't leaked and it was still in one piece. Just a word of warning for anyone who has purchased an EHX pedal recently.

Evolution of grime and trap - this guy should be blowing up any week now.

Huh... I've been doing the straight method for years... hook and loop through all the holes apparently!

Is this the weakest line up ever for Glastonbury?
Jazzmaster62 replied to Barking Spiders's topic in General Discussion
Why are you even watching then? It's a Cure classic, of course they are going to play it. Band isn't there to tailor to your needs, even though by the sound of it, you don't even like the band? -

Bass player was playing the exact same way when I watched them at Reading 2012... which they also headlined. -

Davie is a legit bassist. He's obviously just taking the mick out of himself now. -

Rick Beato live streaming right now about this. -
I have and still don't really get the hype. Plenty of other bands have done these sort of issues before.
-
Don't understand the hype about Idles? Just another shouty punk type band with honest lyrics and forgettable songs. Sort of remind me of Gallows when they first started getting big.

Russian Green Muff secondhand.

Ah, probably same factory as VM/CV range.

A Bacchus for £229? No idea if this is a MIJ version or just a scam. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bacchus-WJB-330R-LPB-Universe-Series-Electric-Jazz-Bass-Japan-EMS/163696853626?epid=27028563108&hash=item261d17c27a:g:J1kAAOSw95lbJKwJ

Thank you. Anyone else have experience of playing one?

Has anyone played one of these new versions?
