1. Not in a band at the moment so i don't have a frontman. Keep that sh*t coming though.
 2. This was my little amp whilst at the first year of uni last year: Seriously though, I reccomend you just get yourself a DI box or just something you can plug into the computer so you can listen to it on headphones, like the guitar rig controller you can see on the floor there.
 3.
Plastic sheeting, check Zip ties, check Beretta 9mm, check Blowtorch, check Pliers, check Shovel, check Right, good to go I'd say ear plugs, but somehow I think I'd enjoy hearing what I had in mind.....
a fun night out in the woods?
 4.
Take em both. Gig bags are cheap and you'll soon have some lacky to carry em round as you're all "rich and famous". lol
Yep, soon you'll have x factor winners doing sessions for YOU lol.
 5. looks absolutely great. The topwood is fantastic.
 6.
Even if he plays it with his left foot, he'll still be a better bass player than he is an actor.
lol.
 7.
And I've been to Liverpool and Manchester and I wouldn't rush back to either! But Manchester was cleaner, Liverpool was a better night out.
I was born in Newcastle and I wouldn't want to go back there
 8. I was reading an article the other day which said that Keanu Reeves out of the matrix is left handed but plays the bass right handed apparently.
 9.
THIS is expensive cable: Expensive cable but THIS takes the greatest biscuit: Expensive strap
Hah it just HAD to be alembic
This takes not only the biscuit, but the whole pack!! The history of the 55 sold says that the previous 5 were sold at £80 each.
 10.
see thats ok, im from Liverpool originally so i dont mind the birkenhead skit lol
Well i'm not originally from Manchester and I infact hate the place so that's fine by me too
 11. I think your timing was a bit off on the slapping. Other than that, fine.
 12. Sounds fun. I find eenie-meenie-minie-mo always helps in situations like this
 13.
I had a Fender 412 (angled baffles Chris Squire model) on the other end of the stage for an extention cabinet. The guitar player wanted to put his Musicman combo on top to hear himself. The vibrations shook those old tubes bad. The amp was put on a chair next break!
I should have mentioned this was a line6 and not a tube amp lol
 14.
Seems like you're getting your knickers in a twist over nothing.
Well sorry if it seems that way but I'm just sick of seeing (and sometimes applying for) ads where someone claims to have a band but in reality they're just "getting it together" IE they don't actually have a band but they thought that since they'd picked up a guitar they can put together the next rolling stones. It's just a waste of everyones' time. Granted, there are much bigger issues in life, but let's face it if we all concentrated on the worst things that happened in life we'd probably all be forced to kill ourselves.
 15.
Are you a bass player looking for a band? Or just a pedant looking to make trouble?
I just think there is a big difference to a potential bass player. If I was actually looking for a fully formed band that just needed a bass player I'd be a bit narked to find that it's just another singer/songwriter who reckons they've got it. Thinking you're the next big thing is a piece of piss, actually getting a decent working band together is much more difficult.
 16. I do get the hiss with the eden if i turn the treble up too high, but that's only with one of my basses which has an active EQ.
 17.
OP said: "I'm forming a band & require an experienced bass player. (preferrably aged 20-35)". That might be a clue.
The title says "BAND LOOKING FOR BASS PLAYER". That suggests that a group of musicians already exist, rather than a singer/songwriter looking to form a band.
 18. Looks fantastic! I reckon the pots probably just need a bit of WD-40 and it'll be gr8
