Cool - thanks. Had to revert to the mobile version, so missed the thread.

Logging on to BC this evening and google chrome flags up a Malware warning. Kutyabarat.com is named as one of the domains hosting the malware and secfbicheker.com is stated to be an intermediary. Anyone else got the same problem?

Ah... just seen the note about problems on Android phones as well... work being done.

Anyone else having problems with the iPhone version of Basschat right now? I seem to only be able to view the full version, which is a bit of a pain on a tiddly screen... tried clearing history, cookies etc but it seems to default to that version now. Seems to have happened on Weds. Cheers

Anything that's pointy, has no headstock, has more than 4 strings or more than 1 neck.

If everyone's having to send instruments back in significant quantities hopefully they'll get the message and fix it.

Gibson have raised their game significantly on the bass front. The Midtown's a good looking instrument as is the new EB (i think). First time in ages I've looked at new Gibson basses as a serious option.

Use both - sometimes depends on the pace of the song, sometimes depends on the needs of the song. Using fingers lets me control the dynamics much more though. Main thing is it's good to have the option to use both as needed Funnily enough when "noodling" at home, it seems to be mostly fingers.

Yes - it is much much quieter. I was lent a boss one today and that seems to be better - just a little pricey.
