1. Not really my kind of thing that Ibanez, only have 1 4 string now, really need another. Anymore interesting offers people? PM away! Although with hipshot tuners, bartolini's etc, I am thinking I may just put some really light strings on this and tune it with a high c instead.
2. I've always really liked the look of those, not sure how good they are, but someone on here got one and liked it.
3. Ebony top with maple fretboard is my kind of bass (as you could tell by both my acg build threads!)
4. A jazz, p bass, in fact, most basses.
5. Mine was: - Crate 100 watt 1x15 combo (don't remember the model!) Trace Elliot 1x15 combo with 4x10 Trace Elliot Cab (again can't remember the model of the combo, but 7 band eq I think) SWR Workingmans 4004 with above Trace Cab SWR head from above with SWR Workingmans 4x10 cab Mesa Boogie Basis 2000 M with above SWR cab Mesa head from above with Hartke VX410 and VX115 Then I sold everything and started playing other instruments in bands! Behringer BX3000 with Hartke VX410 Then again I sold it and stopped playing again (although I never used that rig in a band). Ashdown Five Fifteen Warwick Profet 3.2 with Warwick WCA211 pro Same as above but also with a Warwick WCA410 SWR 750x with same Warwick Cabs Markbass Little Mark with same cabs Sold the 4x10! Ashdown Superfly with the 2x10 Warwick Markbass F1 with the 2x10 Warwick Markbass F1 with Zoot Neo 1x12 Then back to the F1 with the 2x10 Warwick as I didn't get on with the Zoot's sound And finally now Markbass F1 with EBS 4x10! I think that is all correct! Here are some pictures: -

7. You can get CEs with birds, its not unusual.
8. Anyone fancy a trade for this Cort B5? Awesome bass, good condition, really light, with a great ash body and Wenge neck! Will trade for an EBS Microbass II, or a Sansamp Bass Driver plus cash. 9. Ze neck!
10. Finally watched this, thought it was balls quite frankly.
11. Another bump 2 weeks after the last.
12.
Peterborough bash
You should still do that Nick! You should be guaranteed to get the 6 or so Peterborough based members there at least, haha.
13.
I am neither Evil, a Lord, nor do I practise the art of juju (voodoo)
I am very disappointed.
14. Don't you need a lot of tools to build a bass though?
15. I'd guess not for a while yet!
16. £300 maybe?
17. I am pretty sure there is a thread about this around somewhere, I am just too lazy to find it.
18. Open to straight swaps for high end basses, collection only though, from near Peterborough.
19. All the dunlop range of cleaning stuff is good, and planet wave cloths. http://www.jimdunlop.com/index.php?page=pr...ance&cat=12
20. Mine is the best bass I've ever played now, which includes loads I've owned like Warwicks, Goodfellow, Vigier etc.
21. I tend to only play at band practice itself.
22. Bass Centre recently had quite a few Tune basses in their sale, all seem to be gone now though, and they were korean.
23.
I don't like being told who and who I shouldn't like/respect, just because I'm influenced by a different generation (and more talented IMO) I shouldn't be told it isn't right. You wouldn't have a go at someone who listen to Metallica for not liking Deep Purple, would you?
I wouldn't worry, I have no idea who the bloke is and I am a few years older then you I'd guess. I hate old london punk, and I don't care who played it. Just like some old jazz player wouldn't know who Jason Newstead is, and why should they care if they never hear it.
24. I always tend to go to the left of the drummer, whether I am playing bass or guitar, dunno why though!
