1.
The wording is not explicit, He could mean musicman pickup as in "musicman style" When i describe a musicman style pickup i just call it a "musicman pickup" not "Musicman Style pickup"
That is exactly what I thought.
2. This is still available! Changed my mind about a Stingray though, so not really interested in a trade for one of them now, but Status still, or Sandberg, or something else interesting, may consider cash offers too.
3. That bloke just buys and sells everything, I believe that bass was on ebay not long ago was it not?
4. I just noticed the exotic euro 5's are £1400 from Thomann, I may keep hold of it and just sell in the future when the market is back up.
5. Are you going via the skilled worker route, or PNP? Good luck over there!
6. A trade for a status of some kind would be considered too!
7. PM'd you back, twice infact as I forgot to give you my e-mail address, haha.
8. Na, don't need any amps I'm afraid. Would rather trade at the moment for something interesting as there is nothing for sale that has caught my eye.
9.
Bloody hell, thats an awesome piece of bass porn right there. Was this ex Sound Control?
It is indeed!
10. Trade for a 4 string stingray anyone?
11.
I was going to post another "here's a new price" link. Oh, I will. £170 + about £6-7 postage. http://www.dv247.com/invt/37230/product.ht...c1181_a_7c37230 But the hard case is worth a bit if it's a good 'un.
4. If you have a problem with the price of an item on the forum, stating it in an aggressive way on the thread undermines the sellers listing. Often however feedback on fair pricing is useful and constructive. Bear this in mind and be considerate and vigilant. If anyone is seen being aggressive or SERIOUSLY overpricing an item them you are best off sending a PM to the member and to a moderator. The best policy is that if you do not like the price, move on. The seller won’t sell and you avoid any arguments.
12. Not a fan of metally guitars or basses, but I know some people who would love those.
13. This is the lacquer crack on the back, at it's worst I must say, I took a bunch of photos and depending on the angle, you can or cannot see it too well (the lacquer is pretty thick), this shows it best (aka worst).
14. Some of that shops stuff has been on ebay for not far off 10 years, I remember looking at some of the stuff when I was in uni.
15. That Warmoth actually rivals this bass for looks, but I don't think I need another Jazz!
16. Yeah, it does look the mutts nuts I have to agree, the top is awesome.
17. I may trade my new Spector for something else if anyone has anything that is 4 string and interesting!
18. First reply to all threads about dating basses should always involve someone saying take it somewhere nice.
19. Surprised you had issues with one before, all Corts I have ever played have been good quality.
20. Yeah, if you love that sound, then don't change! Spend that grand on a nice new bass, or save it.
21. There was a musicman copy by him sold on here once or twice wasn't there?
22.
It's not a "set neck" - it's a neck with a variable set. Interesting bit of engineering, I suppose, but I fail to see a pronounced advantage over shimming a conventional detachable neck. Jon.
Don't often get conventional detachable necks on acoustics?
