1. Anyone compared the 2? Is the F1 actually better/different?
2.
I have never found P basses especially comfortable to play or wear, and I find the sound 'OK' but nothing that excites me much, and for the level of simplicity I am dumbfounded by the prices of some of them!
I agree with that.
3. Don't think the kits were around that long ago, you would have just got the truss rod adjuster and manual etc seperately not in a little folder?
4. Teh bump!1! Has the manual as well as I just found it.
5. I just figured that it was because a new shipment hadn't arrived, and Imuso just had some left from the last one, but maybe not! Shame though, had nice features, and was a good price.
6. Thought I'd post here, I ordered a Tapco J-800 from Imuso, they seemed to be the only people who had them, even though the site showed the old model I ordered anyway, but when it showed up it was the new looking one, which is a nice surprise. I hooked it up just now when I got the time with my POD XT, anyway, it wouldn't work set to bridged and via the bridged output, tried different leads etc, so switched it to stereo, and tried via the 2 in and out, that worked fine, tried the same with the 1, and it didn't work, the OL load was just on constantly, when it was tried bridged it said it was getting a signal as the signal light was showing when I played. Gonna get it collected and sent back, did sound nice when working on channel 2 though!
7. I guess the only point in replacing a bass xt pro with one of these if if you want the guitar and bass stuff in the same place? I have a guitar xt too, so I don't think I will.
8.
That blows every Shuker I've seen out of the water. Absolutley stunning Mike!
You're in for it now! Haha.
9. That's a nice looking singlecut :brow:
10. Easily solution - move to Peterborough, I'll come round and buy it then, okay?
11. If you were in Peterborough I'd have taken it, but Wigan's a bit too far!
12. £150 plus a tenner postage, comes with the rack ears and bag etc, boxed, got it from a bloke on here end of last year I think and I've used it for all my band practices since and had no issues whatsoever!
13. Don't need to sell this anymore! Hurrah!
14. I had a JV Squier from the first month of production with the rare headstock and sold it for around £600, had an old 80's Fender P and sold it I think for around £300 to someone on here.
15. The older one looks much nicer I think.
16. Oldgit what is that black box you posted up called? Looks good.
17. What's the difference between the TFB550 and the TFB550-B?
18. Warwick Reds are cheapo strings, something like £7 a pack.
19. I was thinking about the next one up, the RA-500 ( http://www.thomann.de/gb/alesis_ra500_amplifier.htm ), which should be plenty loud enough I would think, infact, the RA-300 could be too, the no fans thing is what sounded good to me too, have you ever had any issues with yours? (sorry for going off topic!)
20. Do I spot an Alesis poweramp there in someones rig (behind an overwater and fender)? If so, does the owner think that they are good, and would they be a decent match for my Pod XT pro?
