1. I have a Cort GB334, I basically got it so I had a 4 string about a year ago when I got back into playing bass, used it for every practice and shows for a while, then got a Warwick and put it away (then a Tokai, then some Fenders etc etc haha), anyway, just got it back out again tonight and I really still love how it looks, and it plays fantastic! I actually have a SD preamp sitting around, I may put that in it, I had replaced the MM stock pickup with a Kent Armstrong, but just took it out after all this time as it didn't seem to make much of a difference. It looks kinda like yours, but has block inlays and is active (I guess yours wasn't?), and a different pickguard.
2. They do look awesome! Can't wait to see some more pictures of my ACG some time, if I ever have the cash again for a custom build I think RIM will win my business, I really do love how they look.
3. I have and use all, mainly due to what comes on basses, but Schaller are my preferred choice!
4. Thought I'd give this one a single old bump.
5. I play guitar and drums too, although I am getting rid of my drum stuff, I did have a mapex m birch kit and a bunch of other stuff, I still have my mapex babylonian black panther snare. As for guitar, I have a Peavey 6505, Marshall 1960B, PRS 20th Anniversary Custom 24 10 top birds in flight as my main guitar, then a bunch of others including Tokai USG100, Jackson DK2M, Ibanez SZ320, JR LP with EMG 81/85, errr a Washburn acoustic, and some other electrics I cannot remember at the moment, I've cut my stuff back a lot recently though. I have a big keyboard too, but I am rubbish on it, I'd give up all the others though to be good on Piano.
6. I sent them a message the other day saying...
Wow this guitar is grate. I never sin 1 lik it b4!
And he said....
Thankyou!!! If you are prepared to make an offer i might be able to com to an arrngement for you.
7. PLAY SOME SLAYER! Haha.
8. Yeah, maybe should have been ordered more in advance, but if usual delivery time is short then you may not bother.
9. Not for headless basses surely? They aren't really the norm.
10. Sold to Mr Pablo pending the usual.
11. The logo's on the headstock don't look like they have been put on too great either, you can see the outline.
12. I'm trying to stop myself buying musical gear, and also trying to get rid of loads.
13. Someone buy this before I do...... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=130159454272
14. 4kg on the bathroom scales, which according to google is 8.81849049 pounds
15. Na, I don't care about weight, I have an ACG on the way which is gonna weigh a tonne (wenge and ebony body)! It's just P Basses aren't really my thing, my first bass was a p bass, and up til last weekend I had 3 of them as they are cool, but I just don't like slapping on them etc, it feels wrong (although many will disagree). It's a lot lighter then the JV P I had, but that had a badass on it, so not sure if that is why it was heavy. I can try weighing it on some normal scales and see if that works, but if it does I am not sure how accurate it would be.
16. Last bump before I give up hope of selling it here, and probably go with ebay sometime soon, as much as I like it now I've restrung it etc, I know I won't play a p bass live, and have tonnes of other basses.
17. Looks nice, hoping to see some progress on mine sometime soon, not much has happened for a couple of months (stupid fretboard). Although I curse my fretboard, the one on yours is pretty awesome.
18. parcel2go.com are normally quite good for europe, but it's been a while since I've sent anything there.
19.
Mick Hucknall/Simply Red 'You make Me Feel Brand New' takes a bit of beating imo.
I wish Mick Hucknall would take a beating, haha.
20.
Joe Cockers "With a Little Help............."
Better than the original Wet Wet Wet version?! (that was a joke by the way) I think Faith No Mores version of War Pigs is better than the original, although I love both versions.
21. Highly strung in the end along with some screws as they said I could send it back for a refund if it didn't fit.
22. See first post......
23. Fifty quid?
