  1. Hi folks, I have decided to let go of my Source Audio stuff, as I am not using them for my current band. C4 is fantastic and can do many things in one pedal. I had it set up for a choppy tremolo, phaser, and fuzz, plus I have used it on a recording for some swelling pad sounds. It’s great, but we have most of this stuff on a backing track, so I don’t have to recreate these sounds live. I was only scratching the surface of what this can do, so it’s a shame to have this gem sitting on my unused shelf. And I am not that great with programming it, but the capabilities are mind-blowing. In absolute mint condition and come boxed with the power supply and connection cable. Has Velcro on the bottom that can be removed. С4 is £170 posted in the UK
  2. Hi guys, I am selling my Tech 21 SansAmp VT Bass pedal. It’s totally NOS – comes fully boxed with the metal tin box all stickers/manuals, there are no marks on the pedal, it’s perfect. This pedal does the Ampeg in a box sound really well: you can go from a more mid-scooped SVT punch to a Fliptop-style mid growl. Controls are interactive, and you can really shape your sound with an active EQ (bass, mid, treble), as well as the Character know that affects how your mids are distorted. The drive can go from subtle compression to full-on distortion. It has a great clean tone, as well as a more pushed amp type sound. Another thing that I really like is how this pedal takes other distortion/fuzz pedals – it just makes them sound more present and in-your-face. Sounds incredible and massive. Also, it sounds good direct: if you disengage the speaker sim button, a slight low pass filter is applied that removes the harsh top end, making distortion pedals sound awful in the PA. You don’t need additional IR’s – just plug and play. I also like how it can transform a more sterile/clean amp and make it sound bigger with some harmonics on top. Free and tracked postage in the UK.

  3. Hi folks, I am selling my ID4 USB Audio Recording Interface. The condition is very good, with light scratches on the bottom plate. This is an excellent and portable USB recording interface that works over USB — no need for any special drivers/software for Mac, plug and play. If you need to record on the go or at a rehearsal space, it's great. I also like that it has a separate knob for monitoring mix; this is a great feature. It has one mic input and one guitar/instrument input, which sounds really good - no need for an additional DI box when recording guitar or bass. You can also just use it as a headphone amplifier/DAC to listen to music. It’s nicely made, full metal box/enclosing. Comes with a cable and a generic box. Fast & free shipping in the UK Will trade for a P-bass pickup or Boss DD-3 Delay. Thanks for looking! .
  4. Hi all, I am selling my Darkglass Alpha Omicron pedal, a great overdrive/distortion pedal. Even though Darkglass is known for more modern bass overdrive sounds, I have found this pedal to be more on the classic side of things. It can still do some modern distorted sounds with some settings, but I was using it as an always-on overdrive, which worked very well in a band with three loud guitars. It helped me cut through. I have also enjoyed using it as a slightly dirty boost into other pedals with all knobs around noon. If you have another overdrive, boosting it with AO helps it sound bigger and cut through as well. I am open to trades: looking for Broughton Fliptop, Darkglass VMT, potentially Sansamp VT Bass. Excellent condition as pictured, box and papers. UK postage included.
  5. I have tried various IR's from different companies, but for now I am using IR's from Shift Line and Celestion Speakers. Shift Line make the Olympic Bass preamp that works with IR's and they have a free (or pay what you want) pack you can download here: https://shift-line.com/irpackbass. These IR's are quite good and easy to use. I like their EBS 4x10 as a universal cab and I also like their Sunn 2x15 variations. They have got Ampeg stuff in there as well. I really like the IR's by Celestion Speakers, in particular their Pulse series. They are not free, but it's only £11 for the whole pack and they sound really good. They have single mic mixes and also some multi-mic mixes as well. You can find it here: https://www.celestionplus.com/products/bass-responses-by-speaker/pulse10/. They are very punchy and have lots of lows, good with overdrive. I also have their BL10 IR's and they are good as well, but I felt they lack the low-end punch of the Pulse. If you have a 5-string or a low-end heavy bass, you might want the BL10 for clarity. You can start with Shift Line as it's free and then see if you need anything else, really. The problem with IR's is once you have more than 10, you end up always changing them and chasing the perfect sound 🙃
  6. Hi guys, Still debating whether I should do this or not. I have a Fender Nate Mendel Signature Bass, a Fender’s version of his 70’s Precision Bass. It’s a great bass, especially if you like a reliced look of vintage 70’s basses, and Fender did a great job with this. One of the main selling points of this bass (apart from being played in Foo Fighters) is the neck, as its nut width is between a P and a J (1.615" wide, which is slightly narrower than the regular 1.625" neck width of modern Precision Bass models). Plus, it’s a nice C-shape, so easy on the hands. The neck is only lightly distressed but looks authentic, in my opinion. These days I find myself preferring all maple necks on P-style instruments, so I am putting this forward – I would like to trade this neck for an all-maple neck (Fender, All parts, etc.). I prefer vintage-style necks (50’s Classic, Vinteras), but I can consider different options. Let’s chat! Thanks for looking!

  8. Might be tempted to trade for a Strymon Deco or a Phat Phuk Booster + cash. Thanks!
  9. Hi Everyone, I have decided to part with my brilliant Hamstead Subspace. The pedal is in as new condition, as it has never left my home, and I have never gigged or rehearsed with it. Comes with the box and all the paperwork from Hamstead. If you are reading this, you are probably familiar with this pedal. It’s a fantastic bit of kit as you can use it as a clean preamp with Bass and Treble EQ, light overdrive, distortion, or fuzz pedal. It has three clipping circuits that you can choose from, a parallel dry control. The EQ can be set before the clipping circuit or after it, making this very specific about the drive tone you want. It's an all-analogue design, and the switch is from GigRick, so it’s soft and absolutely silent. The pedal sounds incredible, and the versatility is mind-blowing, to be honest. I bought it for a project that never happened, so it’s sad to see it sitting on my shelf unused. It’s meant to be played or used in the studio to fine-tune your overdrive or distortion sound. I am looking to sell, but I can do a partial/full trade as well. Things I am looking for: · A good passive/active DI box · Bass preamps · A fuzz pedal (no particular model, run them by me) Tracked and insured postage in the UK included. The pedal is in SE London, can meet as well. Thanks for looking!
  10. I think these are regular Fender weight Not sure if Fender does lightweight at all. Thanks!
  11. I have a set of Fender tuners for sale. I am not sure what the exact model is, but these came off my Fender Jaguar made in Japan. Fender Geddy Lee bases made in Japan have the same tuners or at least used to. They don't have Fender stamped on them. Basically, this is a reproduction of a Schaller® BMF tuners found on many 70's Fenders. I have replaced these with Hipshot HB-2 tuners, so you can use the Hipshot dimensions as they are the same: https://hipshotproducts.com/products/hb2-bass-tuning-machine. Hipshots are slightly smoother and lighter, but other than that not much of a difference in my opinion. Set of 4 tuners, the ferrules and screws (4 per tuner) for mounting are included. £45 posted in the UK. Thanks for looking!
  12. Hi guys, I have a Gotoh 4 String Bass Bridge in Chrome for sale. It's their 203B-4 model, which is a replacement for a classic 5 screw Fender bridge. Works well for new builds or upgrading the bridge on your Mexican/Japanese Fender. What I like about this bridge is that it's not too heavy like a BadAss bridge, but still feels more substantial, and you also get two additional screws for an even tighter fit to a bass body. Made in Japan, standard 19mm string spacing. Comes with the box, saddle adjustment key. I only have 2 of the 7 mounting screws. It's basically new, it's been on my bass for a few days only. £12 posted in the UK. Thanks for looking!

  14. I am selling my Blackstone Appliances Mosfet Overdrive in absolutely mint condition with the original box and instruction manual. This is a really great pedal and unique in many ways. It’s praised by guitar players but works exceptionally well on bass, as it can be tuned using two trim pots inside. Plus, there is a removable capacitor that is responsible for the low-end as well. I have used it on my passive Fender basses with no low-end loss whatsoever. It’s a very dynamic overdrive and reacts to your playing dynamics. It has two channels that you can set separately. The first channel is a low gain overdrive that is perfect as an always on sound. The second channel can be set like the first channel with more gain, or it can be tweaked into a different overdrive sound. The recessed controls are unique and help you save your settings without accidentally bumping them. Uses 9V, battery or mains power. Only selling because I have another pedal that I can use for a low to mid gain overdrive, and I need something with a more contemporary sound for the band I am joining. I am happy to trade for another gain pedal like (with cash either way): Darkglass Vintage Microtubes Darkglass Vintage Deluxe Darkglass Alpha Omicron Otherwise, £170 posted in the UK. Thanks for looking!
  15. I believe they outsource the actual winding as many others do, but the pickups are fully made to their specs. Good pickups nevertheless.
