  1. +1 I own the pre- amp with power module. They are incredible and everything they do is exceptional build quality. GLWTS
  2. For Sale or Trade Round Wound THOMASTIK-INFELDJR346 Jazz Roundwound 6-String Bass Strings 29-118 Bought as new online in a hurry - thought they were flats but were actually rounds. Unopened, unused and new. £45 delivered or will trade for a new Set of Thomatik Flats - 4 string
  3. My go to for wireless Looms - ordered one before Christmas from John for my telecaster that needed a well orverdue upgrade Postal service was a nightmare all Christmas but John kept me updated all the way Loom arrived and quickly installed. A significant upgrade on the stock pots, harness and jack (as per his usual high standards) A great price (some online retailers are charging almost double these days for less), fantastic product and top fellow Highly recommended
  4. Yes I think 2 x 10s will do you with the right head
  5. Yep regularly use two one 10’s with a Handbox R400 with a very loud drummer and two guitarists in just about every venue I play from small to mid size. More than enough and front of house engineers and other band are always shocked by it. whenever I use my big Barefaced stuff with a big amp engineers just take it out of Front of house.
  6. For Sale or Trade Tec 21 Bass Fyrig V2 - £220 https://www.tech21nyc.com/products/flyrig/bass-fly-rig-v2/ Ashdown - Type 23 Dynamic Filter pedal - £100 https://ashdownmusic.com/products/type-23-3-band-dynamic-filter-pedal Both great condition and price includes UK Postage
  7. Well it arrived and while it's a very interesting pedal it doesn't drastically do anything hugely different from the other multi band pedals I own and gig with so will be going back. The filters are interesting on it and does sound good, just a bit too much crossover for me. My favourite part of it was when it's clean with the FET compressor as this is something my Tech 21 Dug doesn't do well. Happy to answer any questions if you PM me.
  8. Just picked one up from Andertons - will report back
  9. Agreed. One of the amps I truly regret selling. These are brilliant work horse no-nonsense amps that sound fantastic and are easily serviceable. I’d have it off you but to many amps. It’s a classic. GLWTS
  10. You've lucked out with those wizards Some info here from an old thread
  11. Bought a Teletronix DI from Crawford - Great communication and quick delivery
  12. Yes love these. Built link a tank and sound great. Miss mine which I moved on because of my REDDI but they were close in sound. Don’t do it Phil!!!
  13. I used and loved early Markbass products (and still own some of their best products) and was looking forward to this as I thought they’d lost their way a bit in regards to innovation. But the reveal. Lightweight cabs being chucked around on a keynote speech……. Surprisingly not the worst thing that’s happened in 2022. But close.
  14. Whatever it is......... get one before it's instantly discontinued.
  15. or A Digital amp head that offers bassists an incredible wide range of virtual bass amps, both modern and vintage, speaker cabs and microphones, studio and stompbox effects, and a powerful stereo amp... in a practical rack mountable unit
  16. Could it be a a customisable modular bass amp that allows the player to use a variety of different preamps, EQs, or master controls to dial in just the right sound for their particular needs with the ability to mix and match various modules? Again........
  17. Bought a Sadowsky from Pete. Absolutely great communication and a great price.
