    This apart from Metal and Beatles. My exemplar of the irksome soloist is Mohini Dey. The facility with which she plays. Awesome. Musicality Groove , not from what I've seen. Will have to see what the band with Marco Minneman is like, we shall see.

    It's still there, just occupied by a Brazilian Evangelical Church (or it was last time I was in Finsbury Park). To be fair they did a good job of refurbishment on the interior by all accounts.

    Saw Afro Celt at Cambridge Folk Festival, they were a highlight along with an electric Scots band rejoicing in the name of Peatbog Faeries who are excellent live

    Have to admit that the song is a wayback memory that I managed to purge. Great backing players notwithstanding. This and Max Boyce were my idea of hell.

    Zoot Iceni 4 String on eBay from a Manchester dealer. Looks a nice thing, keep on looking at it but £695 seems a bit steep really.

    An absolutely brilliant device even at £199 ! Does everything that I wanted an octaver to do and then some more. Has banished my octaver GAS for the moment, though I'll keep the others obvs. Has also relieved my Darkglass cliche itch cos this little pedal sounds fab after some enjoyable experimentation

    You've been through a succession of nice basses @whynot. Hope you're keeping well Sir ? Your M2 is still one of my favourites, as I'm getting arthritic it's light weight is a boon. Have to play my Yamaha Trb & KSD 605 seated nowadays comfort strapp notwithstanding.

    There was a pretty Dean Electro Acoustic with a nice figured ash top on Gumtree in Leeds for a while. At £385 for a bit then reduced to £300. Nearly went for it on looks alone but it sold. Now on Reverb in Manchester marked up to a cheeky £600 🤣🤣

    Saw that, is it a fair step up from a Toby ? Tried a lefty one of those a while ago looked nice but sounded rubbish.
