  1. Magnus bought a bass and case from me. He was great at communicating throughout and it was good to have a brief chat in person too when he came to collect. Highly recommended.
  2. Back up for sale! My long scale basses are getting all the action and I don't like to keep nice instruments around unplayed.
  3. Yes, it's usually the darker/browner variety with a rosewood board in a Pino style that comes to mind when I think of a tort/fiesta red combination, but this redder version complements the fiesta red and maple very nicely here. So much so I'm considered getting one myself. Someone will get a handsome bass! Funnily enough I also paid £625 for mine. A decent price imho 👍🏻
  4. Very nice! My #1 is the same model, also with TI Flats. I have the stock gold pickguard on mine though. Really like the look of the tortoiseshell on yours! GLWTS
  5. Just had this out to take some more pictures, had a bit of a play and yeah... I'm not selling this. 🤣 Withdrawn!
  6. Recently purchased from this forum, and in fine condition. I bought this as it reminded me of my old bass (same model), and what a fun and inspiring instrument that was. This one is lovely too, but I find myself more at home on long scale these days, and this deserves to be used. Bass has recently been restrung with La Bella 760F-MUS flatwounds as part of a pro setup. It has a Gotoh string tree, Schaller S-Lock strap buttons, and 70s style F neck plate. Included is a new Gator Cases Gator ICON Series Bag G-ICONELECTRIC gig bag for it, which cost £150. As many know, it's hard to find a gig bag to fit a Mustang Bass, but this one is spot on. Collection/meet-up preferred. Cash is king but will consider a trade or part exchange.
  7. They are indeed. I have bought and sold a few, but I keep coming back for more. I think I bought my first one from you... circle of life!
  8. One of my all time favourite pedals, which I have owned multiple times. It has been described as a 'dub switch' and it is that and more besides. I am just looking to perfect a more minimalist set up at the moment. This one was purchased very recently on Basschat, and is in excellent collection save a small chip on the e of the word "designed" on the front of the pedal. Asking just what I paid for it. Free postage within the UK available. Looking for a straight sale, but could be tempted by a trade or part exchange for a nice compressor pedal.
  9. I bought a pedal from Chris. Great communication and speedy delivery of a nice bit of gear. Cheers!
  10. With the heads opened up as pictured, are the pots accessible for cleaning out any pesky dust that may accumulate over time?
