      Let me show you how to contact a member:

      Type @ immediately before the member name and if the name exists on the member database, a drop down menu will appear with all names containing the same text string as your input.  Select the appropriate name from the list with a click and the site will tag the name for you...

      Like this:

      The orange highlighting indicates that the member is on the database and the website will alert him if he chooses to receive alerts by email.  Otherwise he will be alerted next time he logs on.  Hope this helps.
