    You are really good at it but... Altitudes & Attitude is the duet featuring metal heavyweights, Dave Ellefson of Megadeth and Frank Bello of Anthrax. Check out their song, "Here Again" from the band’s self-titled release. Dave is using the EMG 35DC and EMG 35CS pickups on his bass while Frank sings and plays along with an 8 string bass guitar.

    As I said, the title of this thread "blah blah blah" reminded me of this video I came across that is also called "blah, blah, blah" (so both have 3 blahs, not one has two blahs and the other 3 or one 3 and the other 4 or whatever combination of blahs). That's all it is. No political or environmental of social or whatever statement from my side. Just spotted the same number of blahs 🙂 Maybe a coincidence, maybe some deeper meaning (notice, Ricky's thread title does not have commas, maybe that's a hint!), only @Ricky Rioli will know for sure 😎

    Man, this is really tempting. I used to own a 77 LE like this one. Killer bass. Lovely neck and a powerful pickup. I used to call it a P bass on steroids. I only sold it to finance a Forte. GLWTS 👍

    Now I am curious. Of course I will check the marketplace even though I shouldn't. 😎 Speaking of the BC marketplace, there is still a great Euro 4 with solid flame maple wings on offer there. Cannot understand why no one has bought it yet. For a NS-2, solid quilted maple wings (don't know about flame ones) cost $1,499.00 extra (and that was a few years ago, probably even more now). Anyway, I was really tempted by that Euro but just could not justify buying it (but it was close). I have a NS-2 on order and I am still on the hunt for a Stingray Classic (natural finish and maple fingerboard). Moreover, I have too many basses for a living room player anyway. Ok, hmm, well, let's see if I can resist your temptations, @Bunion 😉

    Great suggestions but all very expected and therefore all very unpunk. Punk is against the establishment so if you want to be really punk, you don't play a P or any of the usual suspects. Play a cheap Hofner Beatles bass copy, or a Danelectro Longhorn or a Burns Bison bass or maybe the new Nordstrand Acinonyx. Or whatever someone does NOT affiliate with punk.

    No idea. Maybe some streaming services have it too, but I am currently not subscribing to any of them. Spent too much money on basses 😉 It also got released on DVD.
