I want to learn how to play bass and I'm wondering what to buy. Was going to buy a Fender precision but I figure for a beginner it's too much, especially if I discover I'm useless or I hate it. So I'm thinking what's the best bass to buy, the Gear4Music or a Squier by Fender. I was going to go for one of those 'packs'. What's the word on the street?
