  1. Very lightly used -only home use other than one gig with a Pink Floyd tribute to play Hey You. Can't find a mark on it - and comes with original box, pick up cover and tools (not pictured as safely away in the loft at the moment). Only for sale as I pretty much only play 5 string now - so for sale to fund a 5 string fretless! Pick up from Chelmsford, or I may post at buyers risk/cost. £325 or may px for a lined fretless 5.
  2. Great pedal and bargain price. This, combined with an MXR sub octave fuzz is my absolute favourite sound at the moment!
  3. That's lovely!! I was looking for this exactly bass a few months back - ended up finding a red one but loving the top on that one! These are great basses and that's bargain! GLWTS!
  4. Fantastic UK built compact 410 cab. Rated at 1200w and 4ohm, it's an ideal one cab solution. Celestion Neo Speakers, with adjustable tweeter and PX2 3k5 eminence crossover. It's a really great sounding cab and you literally couldn't buy the parts to build this cab for the asking price! Comes in at about 23kg according to my bathroom scales, not featherweight but I can lift and carry with 1 hand. It's 60cm (w) x 66cm (h) x 43cm (d), so very compact for a 410! Has been gigged and has some road rash - the worst of which is pictured - but overall looks great and is really solid. I've just replaced all 4 rubber feet as one was missing when I got it and replaced all 4 with slightly larger ones. It's also just has a new Logo fitted which I got direct from Mike at Zoot who used to build these. I've gigged it for the last few months, but going more and more IEM and also have 3 different size Ashdown cabs I can use when I need them, so moving this on to make some space and raise funds for a decent wireless system. Would consider trading for a decent wireless set up, or possibly a 5 String Fretless. Pickup from Essex or may meet at a reasonable distance.
  5. Good luck! I took the saddles completely off the bridge and used a bit of WD40 and pliers to remove mine. In the end they were 6/32 UNC threads, but mine is a different design so won't necessarily be the same. Hope you get it sorted quickly!
  6. Been on the look out for a 1980 bass as I quite fancy a "birth year" bass. This looks great! Where abouts in the country are you??
  7. Country music I think! Heard an interview with him a few weeks back where he mentioned he'd recorded an album.
  8. I purchased Wil's Bass Synth Wah -exactly as described, packaged perfectly, really fast delivery - highly recommended!! Thanks!
  9. Tbh I'm not sure I ever played it quietly enough to notice!! I don't remember noticing it at any point, but couldn't say for sure I'm afraid.
  10. Still available - will be up on evilBay soon if no interest here!
  11. Yep was good, no complaints other than the carpet thing!
  12. Ashdown model numbers get a bit confusing, but if you mean the OriginAL C112-300 with the tilt back option then yes, I had one for a bit! It sounded great and was really light, but it wasn't quite loud enough for a 3 piece blues/rock band in a smallish pub without PA support or a second cab. In the end I used mine with an RM112 cab and it was really nice and gigged it a lot before heading down the Barefaced route for a while. The C210-300 is probably a bit louder as each 10 inch speaker is wired individually to use the amps full power, but you can't add and extension cab. I'd definitely get one of these if I needed a small combo again, although I wish they had Tolex coverings rather than carpet!
  13. Always fancied one if these for my Stingray. What's the difference between the long and standard versions?
  14. That could certainly be an option, although I do like to have a tweeter if it's available. Tbh I've moved on from the idea of the GR cab for now or indeed using a single cab for everything. I've actually sold both my Barefaced and used the proceeds to fund some IEM's as my main band have moved in that direction. For when I need cabs for deps and other part time projects I've picked up a cheap really RM610 on here for the very rare big stages (certainly don't want to use that everyday but sounds monstrous!). I also got a lightweight 4ohm 1200w Purple Chilli 410 for medium venues, and then have an Ashdown RM112T on the way for rehearsals and small venues. To be fair the Purple Chilli could cover all those scenarios, but nice to have options! Financially I bought all three of those cabs for less than what I sold the single BB for, and the sale of the BT2 covered the IEM's and a Ashdown OriginAL valve DI, so for now I am pretty well set!
  15. Really surprised this didn't go! Still it means I get to keep it a little longer so I'm not unhappy 😆.
  16. Paul purchased my RM800. Very good comms with fast and fair payment - deal with confidence!
  17. Price drop to £800 for this weekend. Otherwise am going to withdraw for now and buy the new bass on the credit card!
  18. I know, and tbh the longer it's on here the less I want to let it go 😬.
  19. Markbass Supersyth - great pedal but I need a synth with a smaller footprint and now have my Octave covered by OC5, so surplus to requirements. May trade for something smaller! £90 posted in UK, great condition with original box and PSU.
