1. Phil is a top bloke to deal with, good communications, nicely looked after kit, top geezer!
2. They are a revelation these basses for sure, thanks for the kind words
3. Guy Pratt's book is a must read, really funny and well observed. Have ordered this one though!
4. Big pet hate of mine this. In one band I was in the drummer would ask once and from then on would hold kit in front of him and charge through door, kept it clear for a while.
5. Wow, great replies and words of wisdom guys! And you are all fundamentally right I believe, and therefore my feelings are founded. I think the sulking bit is the bit that has wound me up the most. Thanks again guys.
6. As to BC'ers opinions, I am seeking to see if I am being overly sensitive to this, I was really annoyed when the question arose, especially as the obvious solution was that the singer should carry and store at least some of the PA. And to make it worse the guitarist going into sulk mode because I didn't just roll over and commit to being lumbered with half a PA. I guess, where I am at is that if the atmosphere continues I will walk, don't need the hassle especially when I have done nothing wrong.

15. Hi all, Now or will trade for a nice Precision! Retail is £1039, Bass Direct has one on special offer at £799! Here I have a fabulous MTD (Michael Tobias Designs) KZ4 bass, in A1 condition. These are an absolute joy to play, asymetric neck, zero fret etc... really fast and comfortable neck. As this: http://www.bassdirec...Z4_CherryB.html A few duff pictures courtesy of my iphone: I have priced it to sell, this is a very fair price, am interested in trades, especially Fender's currently, preferably precisions.
