  6. Howzabout trying a different type of string to keep the SR love alive? Rounds to Flats, Nickel to Stainless? @Old Man Riva kindly sent me some Roto Sound Compression Wounds that were not to his liking... Gave my SR600 a more moody and grown up tone compared to the teenage shout of the round wounds... never tried flats but imagine the compresssions a sort of half way house?

  11. Alice Cooper - Generation Landslide The over-indulgent machines were their children There wasn't a way down on Earth here to cool them 'Cause they looked just like humans At Kresge's and Woolworth's But decadent brains were at work to destroy Rats in batallions were ruling the street scene Generation landslide Closed the gap between 'em
  12. USA get some weird Hump Back SR, along with a 4 string Fan Fret SR. Must say i likes the 'Warn Pebble SR Body Shape and the SR Neck Dimensions. And only the GSR seem to come PJ Nowerdays, but Flat Contoured Body and Wider at Nut neck. Would love a SR Body n Necked plain jane, natural finish, passive V T single P, Mk1 Barts are reverese split coil in a soap bar and Ibby seen to prefer reverse like on the GSR but there is something familiar about the look of the 2 brick split coil style P pickup what ever way round... and a Roadster-esq ish 4 in line headstock...

  15. I always thought the 'Quater Pounder' term was derived from some sort of ordanance size in weight or caliber of round, HE or incendry device... like the 25 Pound Field Gun etc... I am aware of the 1/4" pole pieces used in the pickup, so aligning with some reference to impact or heft... Oh, and Gerkin OUT....
  16. Fire Engine Red - The Grid (Feat. Zodiac Mindwarp Vocals & Robert Fripp Gtr)
