    Update: Twas the jack sockets... sealed 7 or 9 pin units. Think the IP is grounded with no jack they were worn so wouldn't un-ground. The Board Sockets had a different pin out, so Chassis mounted the sockets (upside down for room) and fly-wired to the board. Need to give it a proper go.

    Couple of Headphone Practice Q's recently... What do you recommend or use? Can't say i recommend it... the fixed jack plug means it doesn't fit the sockets of Ibby SR's... sticks out low on edge mounted sockets, and likely to get a whack with me knee... sticks out of front sockets, and might get a whack with my paw... So... I don't use it. But someone else might want to give it a go. I'll post it out, you stick £5 worth of Cat/Dog food in the Animal Rescue Basket at your local Supermarket... Deal?
