Anyone get this? I got outbid right at the close. -
IIRC quite a few Russian guitars used the 5 Pin DIN connector, with on board switches for amp settings selection, channel reverb etc. Quite a good idea if standards are adhered to. Maybe it was for paired Guitar and Amp from the same manufacturer. I think the Muse guitarist has on board effects or switches, to operate so not tied to one place on stage...

Choosing Electric guitar / basic setup for son

I Didn't mean that... just that the basic trem is just that... and tune one string and as you go thru the others the tension will change and go out of tune - chasing ya tail a little - could be frustrating for a beginner who wants to get on and see results for encouragement... Flatter neck, shorter scale, slightly lower tension, all may help on a LP type. My ebay cheapy Epi LP with trem (what were they thinking!) blocked with a bit of wood in the back.. and wearing flats. -
Planet Guitars near me... £40 ish. Dunno if that would be each half of a bucker? Be nice to see inside of the cover, bobbin windings etc. I fixed one on my Ibby tother day, after switching covers.

Did the coils come out the covers? Can you see where the super-thin winding wires join the black and white wires on the fiber board af the bottom of the pickup. Where are you based? One pickup... the two bits are 'Halfs' of the same pickup... Yep... easy to install and adjust. What sort of budget and what sort if tone? To throw you in the middle... Wow... Looks great... Just an observation... Maybe go slightly wider to give a bit more case either side of the outside foot switches of half the width of the between footswitch? Maybe give a little better anchor to any pushing turning effect when using the outside switches wiv ya foot The rest is way over my head...
