I'm in the identical position, used the online contact and nothing. They have advertised issue 13 on Instagram this morning.

I was sent Medium scale and asked if I could have a replacement in which Dan did do for me.

Interesting reply from Dan, If the magazines are printed how come we are not recieving them. It's had niggles since the start, I've had a few not arrive over the past year. I agree he seems a nice guy but we are still paying for a product that does not arrive. I'm going to wait one more month then decide. Thank you for posting 👍

Issue 12 & 13 covers are on the website!

Disappointingly still no magazine, it's nearly April and only had one issue all year. Is it actually still going

I pay on the 1st of every month through PayPal, but can easily be waiting until the last day of the month, so often paid twice before one arrives. Interestingly issue 12 has appeared on the website. I had to email as I had not received issue 11, which was then sent. So only received one issue in 2025 😳

Hmmm that's interesting, What happened to issue 12? I had to email in January as I had not received number 11? I agree, too many issues not arriving but paying every Month.

Query: I've subscribed since magazine one and the last one that arrived was issue 11, have anymore been delivered since? Also I had a look at PayPal and I've paid 14 times for 11 Magazines. Originally it stated once a month but I don't know if this is happening?

It's scarily cheap! Compared to the 'real one' shipping is a little high and assume there would be some import on this too. But wow 😲

Issue 3 and strings arrived 😁😁😁

That was originally said about the strings and then they started to send them out straight away

Just to add to this Issue 1 arrived on time Issue 2 arrived towards the end of the month after several emails. The strings finally arrived but they sent medium scale strings, so I returned them but now not received the promised ones. (Paid postage for the return) Issue 3 no communication whatsoever When I email I always get a response, they will be sent today/tomorrow and then another week passes etc

Same, issue 2 or strings haven't arrived. It states it's released on the 15th of March too.

Really enjoyed the day, I struggled to find the Sandbergs but when I did I played The Victor Brandt, Ida Nielsen and Bass the world ones. What amazing basses they are. The prices did seem normal and not show price. But I really did appreciate being able to play them.
