  1. Selling my Elrick Platinum Evolution 5 single cut bass. Bought on here this year from a great guy ‘gadget’. It’s a great bass but I’m just not using 5 strings and it’s wasted on me. Advertised for the same price I paid. 35 scale, zero fret, Aguilar 3 band preamp - volume, pan, bass, mid, treble, active/passive switch and mid shift switch. Lundgren single coils (hand wound by small Swedish company) with wooden covers…lovely sounding pickups. Swamp ash body, maple neck, wenge fretboard, padauk/walnut heel tone block, unsure if the top is buckeye burl, spalted maple or something similar. Drop tuner on the b string (no idea why but it’s very stable) Has some light marks and light scratches here and there on the back from general use but nothing major or very noticeable. Hardly any fret wear, comes in a fully functioning but well used Hiscox case. All in all a great bass. collection from Chesterfield, I do travel around a lot so may be able to meet up. Drop me a note.
  2. Thanks for the message but it’s sale only really as I’m not playing anymore. Cheers
  3. Hi mate, Yes there are fret markings on the side of the neck. Attached a photo (I think). It’s truly a great bass, plays wonderfully. I had a fender jazz fretless for years and lovely though it was it wasn’t anywhere near as good as this.
  4. Now reduced to £775 shipped (UK only). A steal at this price!
  5. SOLD Selling my Sandberg fretless bass which I bought on here from ‘Theodore Logan iii - ted’. Made in Germany. This is an absolute beauty and plays like a dream. This is completely passive and the sound is just superb. Faultless throughout and in mint condition. I’m not really playing much due to an injury so it’s just sitting unused in its gig bag (which I’ll supply with the bass). Set up with a new set of Ernie Ball Cobalt flats. Nice low action. Ash body, it looks stunning, the pics really don’t do it justice. Nicely balanced. Great price for a bass that cost way more new. I’ve sold a few items on here and always had positive feedback and I’ve got a 100% eBay score so buy with confidence. Will ship via courier if required or collection from Chesterfield. Could possibly meet, message me first. model: Sandberg California TT4 Fretless Bass Guitar finish: 3 tone Sunburst Matt electronics: Sandberg AlNiCo Passive Jazz Pickups controls: Volume, Balance, Tone hardware: Sandberg Locking Tuners & Sandberg Premium Bridge (matching black) neck: Maple fingerboard wood: Rosewood Nut: Rosewood scale: 34inch weight: 4.4kg case: Sandberg Padded Gig Bag condition: Mint
  6. Hi, should be ok. I take it you’re aware of the tax now that the UK isn’t in the EU? Pm me your address and I’ll check postage costs. thanks, karl
  7. SOLD Selling my German Warwick streamer lx jazzman. Lovely bass with amazing tone. The bass is used, there are marks and dings on the body as shown in the pics. Cosmetic only and in my opinion not bad for a 17 year old bass. (Marks look worse in pics than real life). No marks or dents on neck. Functionally perfect. Neck straight, truss Rod fully adjustable, electronics all ok, frets with hardly any wear. Details below taken from the Warwick website serial number search. These were really expensive basses when new. Weight approx 4.4kg (according to my bathroom scales which aren’t all that accurate). Has a set of Ernie ball cobalt strings (approx 4 weeks old). Collection from Chesterfield S42 or will post for £20 at your risk. I have a decent box I can use. Also happy to meet somewhere within reason. Serial number: F107473 04 Article number: 1214360500GDAFHOWW produced: 01.07.2004 Description: Streamer, 4-string Honey Violin Oil finish Swamp Ash/AA Flamed Maple top body Ovangkol neck Gold hardware Made in Germany
