1. I use a small Tech 21 'guitar' combo and at home volumes it makes an excellent bass noise as the EQ is more than adequate at low volumes and the speaker isn't under any strain at all! It has the added benefit that I can noodle on a guitar and use the other facilities that the guitar combo has.
2.
Hi All, Possible trade for either Yam TRB 4string or Warwick Thumb NT 4 string + cash on either option! You know you want this bass!!!
Just to clarify; are you wanting a potential buyer to give you a Thumb NT AND cash or are you prepared to put cash with your bass to give for a Thumb?
3. The model is the 'S&P 12 Cedar' (that's is all that is on the label visible through the soundhole, along with the Canadian manufacture address). 50mm @ the nut and I can't find that case, though I do have a gigbag/cover for it.
4. It'll likely be an early/first series (didn't know there were more than one). The model is likely printed on the label and I'll check when I get home (it's cedar topped, I know that for sure) along with the nut width. I used to have a generic hard case BUT not sure if I still have it so it is sold as is. ... Oh and yes it is still for sale!
5. Somebody was looking for one of these on BC not so long ago... might pay you to do a search. Being a newbie it might help if you give a location. Does it come with the original case and owners documentation/certificate?
6. A wedding gig for me... never have and never will like them but I always put my all into any gig so I/we played pretty well considering I have just joined the band and I've only had about 4 rehearsals. We each walked away with £150 from the gig but that doesn't win me over to liking 'Wedding Gigs'!
7. You can likely get away with leaving the link 'so long as' you stick a firm sale price on your thread. You'll also need to be aware that it'd be bad form to field offers till after your ebay listing ends!
8. The early JV Squiers get advertised for £1000+... not saying that many sell at that price and you'd have to factor in any damage or missing/non-original parts. I do think that the fingerboard/dots look unnaturally coloured for a JV BUT that could just be the camera angle etc.
9. Tuning wheels look a nadge tight for getting fingers into!
10.
I'll wait patiently until someone decides to part with his amp.
They'll be throwing snowballs at Satan before I part with mine! I'll add my support (and increase your GAS) to those above; TF 550 is probably as much as anyone needs so don't worry if you can't find one of the big brothers.
11. You'll need to put a price on it mate even if you are just fishing for interest!
12. A lot of bass for not a lot of money; I'd like to think that this will get snapped up sharpish!
13. I'll take one; anyone want to make me an offer for the other six?
14. Just one opinion but I'd say that your pricing is pretty optimistic tbh! There are better basses for similar less money; not that there is a lot wrong with your bass as a starter bass but your bass being Korean doesn't have the kudos as the MIJ (or even later Chinese) basses.
15. Another TF user who only tweaks the 'Timbre' and 'Enhance' dials (though I once used the semi-parametric EQ to roll off everything below 40hz on a bad boomy stage). I've done A/B comparisons with a whole heap of amps (Tecamp, Tech Soundsystems, TE, PJ, Aguilar, GK, Mesa, TC, Warwick, MB... to name a few) and I'm still with the TF as it just delivers the goods every time!
16. I've been asked about the neck width/profile; nut width is 38mm and the profile is distinctly 'Jazz' like. I'd say that there is little, if any, discernible difference between my Sadowsky Jazz and the PJ Hybrid that I also have for sale.

18.
Great bass, would tick a lot of boxes for me Unfortunately out of my reach unless I sell my Fender/Shuker jazz!
Doh! Had I spotted your gig at The Tyne I could have brought it along for you to have a blast!
19. Bob bought my Washburn AB30 bass and it was a hassle free transaction with Bob doing a bank transfer with no hassles. Cheers Bob.
20.
The 'Metro' line are Sadowsky's made in Japan brand. I think WH just let a typo slip, its an MV4-HPJ like on the Sadowsky page here http://www.sadowsky....ents/metro.html A real looker, to be sure Edit: beat to it by Rhys!
Cheers folks. Yes as Clarky says it is a MV4 HPJ Precision/Jazz Hybrid
