1.
Ok if rulez are rulez i ll say 2000 pounds for both of them, and im still open for any kind of trades! Pictures soon
Are they only available as a pair? If singly how do you see the price split between the Streamer and the Corvette? Cheers.
 2.
Hi warwickhunt, I haven't got the precise weight of this bass but I know that my new jazz bass is 4.26 kg and both weigh about the same. Give or take I'd say it's around the 4.3 kg mark. Hope that helps.
Cheers.
 3. Love my Headrush and don't use it as often as I should. Live or just for getting inspiration in the house they are great.
 4. Not a problem. I've asked the questions that I've asked because I am after a Paisley P bass and though I'm not about to openly discuss my views on the value of your bass (regardless of what Mods might think, I've reviewed my posts and can't see any direct attack on your price; simply a comment that £1000 was more than I wanted to pay for a CIJ bass... and I even included an emoticon), I wanted to be sure of what was being offered. Unfortunately, items for sale on a forum like this means that folks like me in Northumberland are often as far away from stuff for sale as it is possible to get and questions posted on a sale thread are the only ways to get answers. I even clearly indicated in my earlier post that if there were 'proof' that SH had owned the bass then I'd likely have taken a chance and made an offer on the bass! His connection would mean that if I didn't like the bass then provenance of SH owning the bass might mean that I wouldn't take a whack if I came to sell it. Conversely, me trying to sell a CIJ P bass that I only had second hand anecdotal evidence had previously possibly belonged to SH... well you get the picture. Shame the bass wasn't close enough for me to try as the questions and doubts could have been settled in the flesh!
 5.
how many times can you answer this guy cloth ears or what i have tried to be as honest as possible and if i dont know the answer thats what ive said does he badger everyone like this? as a guy who is going through the hardest time of his life ie marriage break up after 37 years i dont need this.
My sympathies re. your marriage break up. In answer to your question, I don't badger anyone! However, I do like to ask lots of questions about instruments that I'm interested in buying and vague answers about 'might have' owners and strange out of place logos, certainly have me asking for definitive answers. Oh and don't get personal with your comments.
 6.
Any issues with the value of the instrument should be discussed via PM, or, if its just thinking out loud, not at all. Please don't hamper the sellers chance of getting a sale on what is frankly a VERY nice, and not particularly common instrument. You've made a number of comments that are not positive towards the bass, but more importantly earlier on in the thread stated it wasn't for you. I'd suggest therefore that this is left to be a sales thread. Cheers Shep
I would disagree with your view on my comments re. the bass Shep. I am and have since the start of the thread asked questions to ascertain what exactly this bass is, due to the fact that i am looking for a Paisley bass (search the forum and you'll find I've made several requests for such a bass). I have some knowledge of bass guitars and this model in particular and I have quite frankly never seen a CIJ bass with a 'Custom Shop' logo on the back of the headstock. Surely I have the right to query the seller to ascertain the 'facts' or the authenticity of the bass! If these cannot be answered satisfactorally, you have construed them as not being positive toward the bass...that is hardly my fault.
 7.
how about owned by Dick Mudguard if you dont want it dont comment
What a strange attitude, why shouldn't I comment? Especially as I said I was after a Paisley P bass and have been for some time!
 8.
Ah adverts, where Squiers actually increase in price! If hes a mate push for mates rates. In the last 3 months I picked up a Streamer S1 for 480E, a Streamer Std for 400E and a Rebop 4 Zebrano for 400E. Personally I wouldnt stir above 5 tonne with this.
Are you saying that you've found and bought a NT Streamer Stage I for 480 Euro (about £430)?
 9.
ha ha nice one i bought it like it is the paisley one so idont know wether things were added or not? as i bought it off Steves gutar tech i wouldn't have thought so but i cant say however it is a fantastic bass and if someone wants it they better be quick cos ive only gigged it at my daughters birthday party who is now going apeshit that i am selling it lol
I'll be honest and I'm after a Paisley bass but I don't actually want to pay the premium for a 'star' bass, I'd be happier if it was a straight-forward CIJ bass owned by Joe Bloggs. If there was concrete evidence that it was owned by SH then I might have had a punt and the provenance might have future proofed its value and NKR Vintage aren't my idea of 'proof' (not wishing to disparage your contact but NKR haven't got a great track record if you search threads on BC). Likewise the 'CS' matter; the USA 'CS' tatoo on the back of the headstock and the engraved plate are incongrous with the CIJ tatoo on the heel of the neck and something I've neither seen nor heard of in my life... not to say that I haven't seen plenty of CS logos on non-CS basses! If you have a Paisley bass owned by Joe Bloggs I'll be interested.
 10. I used to have far too many basses as a 'player' but I also considered myself a bit of a collector (so I could never have enough). Sold loads off a few years back and even now, though I have only 6 basses, I've got too many. I will be selling off 3 basses so that I'm down to my regular gigging bass, a back-up and a rare Ltd Ed which I can't bear to part with!
 11.
So...this is hard to do...but i need to do it. im selling my 88 4 stringed streamer stage I bass and my corvette standard which is handmade in germany, im looking as well for trades (warwicks, especially ss II or anything else, just make me an offer) i ll upload pictures tomorrow, it s hard for me to do this but im a student and to tell you the truth i dont have enough place and money and as well im not sure what i want (i had warwicks for 5 years now) im opened even to trades for amps. sorry but i cant tell you a real price yet
If you are 'selling' as has been said you need a price. However, if it is only trades then I'd remove the sale option for now and just put up what you are interested in... though some people may still want a ball-park figure of the value to help them decide on a trade price!
 12.
calm down young man youll' do yourself an injury lol
So are the stamp and plate after-market add ons?
 13. I might be a complete divvy... but I've only just seen the pics of the neck plate and the back of the headstock and I wasn't aware there was such a thing as 'Custom Shop Japan'! What's the story?
 14. Weight? ...and yes I know that I sold my PRS!
 15. I like... but not £1000 worth of like unfortunately!
 16. If Luke's is defo not for sale, give me a shout as I have an 89 (or is it 90... confirm when I get home from work) SSI which I'm considering selling.
 17. If your cabs are both 8ohm it makes no difference to the amp if you connect each cab to the two outputs on the amp OR if you 'daisy chain' the cabs to each other and just have one connected to the amp (either way gives you a 4ohm load).
 18.
As far as i know it's original perhaps some Warwick experts could chime in!
Totally normal for Warwick, no worries on that front!
 19.
I have to agree. I bought a few bits and bobs about a month ago and the service was excellent. None of the snobbery and general lack of interest for customer's when I went up to Denmark Street! I also heard of the special oening you got last thursday! I was wondering, do GuitarGuitar do price matches?...
Just about any and every where will do a price-match these days... you just have to have the nerve to ask.
 20. Reputation System... where? what? I have to confess some folk have said they are running/uploading quicker, whereas I am significantly slower (other sites are as per normal, so just when I visit BC)!
 21. 10lb is just that bit too much for me unfortunately Dave, otherwise I had a Sterling to offer!
