1. If anyone has the 'Specsavers' type earplugs with the inserted filters and needs a set of ER15 filters then I'll have a 'brand new' set for sale in the very near future. Basically, Specsavers messed me about with my plugs and have ordered a spare set of ER15 filters for me as compensation.
 2.
Well, it arrived. Old crap black paint job - not mentioned in the description.... Ports full of spider webs and dust. Grill not torn, but no Logo plate nor "EV Loaded" plate. So I guess the condition rating goes: Mint, Near Mint, Excellent, Very Fine, Fine, Very Good, Good, Poor Speaker seems OK, though haven't pushed it. Shoulda waited for pics - but been looking for an extension to put under the combo, so pounced. Not stage worthy as-is, but maybe a good sand a repaint will help...?
Ouch! Original description does say Mahogany, so I suppose I'd expected (as you did) that it didn't mean Mahogany 'painted black'. Shame as on face value it looked a good deal.
 3. There was another thread recently where folks were stating that a 4 string 'cricket bat' Hohner was easily worth more than £200 so based on that £250 seems about right/cheap... though that may not be my view! Oddly enough Eude is looking for a 6 stringer, I'll point him in that direction, especially as it looks to have upgraded hipshot tuners!
 4.
Nah.. I found that in a skip a while ago.
Yeh I threw it in there as it was getting a bit shabby and I fancied a new one! Must catch up and have a cuppa as I'd like to hear this litle thing.
 5.
Does it a have any rhythms or a metronome?
Manual here - http://www.korg.com/uploads/Support/PX3B_E...38277920000.pdf
 6. A lot more versatile than they initially look as the dual coil pup does some clever stuff... bugg3red if I can recall what though! This'll get snagged sharpish; at least I hope it will otherwise my username forces me to make a daft offer!
 7.
The bass is like new.
How can you tell... It had to be said!
 8.
Sensible sized voice coil says not some silly rated car sub.
Due to some of the spurious specs quoted I've always steered well clear of any name that I'm not immediately familiar with. However if that is a decent pair of drivers then someone has just scored a bargain then!
 9. £26.05 - not bad BUT are they specific bass drivers i.e. not some silly rated car sub driver!
 10. The clearout continues. What you see is what you get... with the exception of the Warwick jack socket as I'm keeping that to cannibalise for parts! All used but working unless stated; x8 1/4" Neutrik jack plugss (inc x1 stereo) x11 1/4" Generic jack plugs (inc x1 stereo and x2 right angled) x14 Banana plugs x7 female XLR plugs x5 male XLR plugs (inc x3 Neutrik) x2 'new in packets' NC3 female XLR plugs x4 mains ends (3 female 1 male) x2 male XLR cab sockets (new unfitted) x2 pots couple parts for Neutrik jacks £20 inc postage.
 11.
I'd say Chris Squires work with Yes kind of sums up the sound of a Rickenbacker... but he is supposed to have done a lot of that with a Jazz...go figure..!!
To add to that; I'm sure I read somewhere that Foxton recorded a lot of the Jam stuff with a P bass and didn't a lot of GL's tone sound Ric(ish) when recorded with a Jazz! Get 'clank' and you've got the Ric sound.
 12. Pioneer A300X Amplifier (fully working) Pioneer PD-S504 CD Player (fully working) Technics RS-TR515 Cassette Deck #1 (fully working - eject damping on one deck is lacking but still operates fine) Technics RS-TR515 Cassette Deck #2 (fully working) Rotel RA-920AX (One channel working other side has very faint, and distorted output i.e. one channel not working) JPW Mini-Monitor Speakers (fully working) x5 interconnect leads Cable Talk 3 Speaker Cable (a few metres but not massive amounts) All power leads and plugs £50 the lot and it'll have to be collection only as boxing this lot would be a nightmare!
 13.
My band use a pair of these. They are bloomin fab. Definitely recommend em. Never ever have to use Par Cans again Andy
Ditto and even though we have the bigger footswitch (with blackout) I just leave it on chase as I can't be ar5ed to dance about on the footswitch between/after songs. Light, easy to set up and very effective.
 14. I have one in my gigbag as an emergency preamp in case my amp fails and I can then run into the PA... also acts as a back-up tuner!
 15. Black metal (no not satanic rock) 19" wide rack trays 1U high with a pair of rackmount holes on each side. I have 3 available, they are probably £15 a piece new but to save haggling I'll take £20 for the 3. Not sure of the shipping but it'll be a max of £9.
 16.
Beautiful ! All the best with your sale - if this was unlined fretless I'd be biting your hand off .......
An 'Is it a Streamer unlined fretless 4 or 5 you are interested in dmz?' type bump!
 17. £850 is 'nowt' for a bass of this quality! If you are prepared to ship International, I'd slap this on the Warwick forum and it should fly out.
 18.
Hi All Sadly I have to sell my Peterson 150W, 12" ElectroVoice Speaker in a compact mahoganay cab (with cover). Powerful, crisp, clear, good condition. Offers around £100? cheers p.s I'm in NW London/S.Herts
12" EV in a Peterson cab @ £100... bit of a bargain!
 19. Cracking around the headstock/tuner... result of a drop and structural or paint 'crazing'?
 20.
Can someone else confirm that this is a good price? I'm VERY tempted but £875 is a lot of money to me.
£875 is a lot of money for 'anyone' but I have to say that Warwick basses are severely undervalued and this should be worth that kind of money all day long! 'If' you don't go for it I'd recommend that the OPer open it up to International buyers as has been considered on the Warwick forum... the strength of the Euro would make this a steal.
 21.
What do the micro switches do?
Reverse polarity foo-foo switches... or to the uneducated; EQ centre selection. I'll do a search on TB as I know they've been discussed over there but it'll not be till later.
