I recently looked at a motorbike advertised as "first to see will buy". What it should have said is "if you are blessed with the gift of sight there's no way you'll buy this ropey old dog" It was very tatty, needed new tyres, wouldn't idle properly and was over priced by about £1200 for its actual condition

You'd think a man of his means could afford a set of fresh strings for every session and gig. If he hadn't been so tight with the purse maybe he'd have got more work, maybe he could have even got the job in Metallica.

I like lots of things but this is just sonic beige. It sounds like every other new song on radio 2. Britain used to make the best music in the world and there's British bands turning out some really amazing new music now so why does it have to be so unoriginal?

I remember several years ago on a mountaineering trip a gentleman we called German Kris translated several songs as we enjoyed a beautiful alpine sunset from our bivvy ledge. The lyrics are not what one would traditionally describe as romantic. -

I think Rammstein have always been a bit too consistent, I find their records to all be a bit too similar except for a few exceptional tracks. Where Rammstein really are exceptional is on the stage. No one matches their live performance and stage shows. I'm convinced you don't even need to be a metal fan to appreciate them live. -
