It must be good for metal, it looks heavy enough. I certainly wouldn't want to play it for an hour. Setting this up must take some time just to adjust the four truss rods.

I've used Ian Davies in Glastonbury to repair my Orange Terror. Proper old school electronics engineer who fixes things rather than just swapping boards. He replaced some transistors on the power section of my amp and got it working like new for a bargain price. https://hifirepairspecialist.com/

I've been asked to audition for a band playing originals. They've not got anything recorded yet other than a couple YouTube videos. Is there anyway I can get an mp3 from YouTube to drop in my DAW?

I've had a couple amps repaired. Both cost me under £100 and one included a new power amp fitted. I think my local tech just asks for £20 for diagnosis. Definitely at least worth getting checked, could be as simple as an internal fuse.
