  1. Window licker - Aphex Twin
  2. Inside - Stiltskin A one hit wonder I'd completely forgotten until this suddenly popped in to my head
  3. This discussion has worked out nicely. I've checked out quite a few of the albums mentioned here and found a few new bands I like. Dead Daisies and Amyl & The Sniffers being the highlights.
  4. Dopesmoker - Sleep
  5. Cowboys From Hell - Pantera
  6. F**k the police - NWA
  7. Do they use tone vinyls? The people who argue that urethane paint gives better tone would soil themselves at the suggestion of a wrap.
  8. Born for one thing- Gojira
  9. Cars - Gary Numan
  10. Supercharger heaven - White Zombie
  11. I forgot to take a bass to rehearsal once and used a really shitty unbranded P bass which someone had abandoned I the room.
  12. Love you to death - Type O Negative
  13. If it wasn't for a work mate lending me a bass I never would have got started. Not just one either but a pair of basses. I bought one of them and kept learning.
  14. When was that? Maybe he's mellowed in his old age.
  15. I'm just glad it's not a 5 string otherwise I might be dusting off the credit card next time I have a few too many.
  16. Maggies farm - Rage Against The Machine (again)
  17. I can't decide whether that's one of the best looking basses I've ever seen or one of the worst. It's definitely at one of the extremes but I'm not sure which.
  18. Find a good dot work artist. Most of mine are dot work and it's a much more gentle method of tattooing, so much so that I've dropped off during tattoos before plus I can sit for six hours and it's my butt that gets most uncomfortable!
  19. Like most punks really! I really want to book a tattoo session with him at his shop in London. Seems like a top bloke.
  20. Bulls on parade - Rage Against The Machine
  21. I once saw punk rock legend Lars Frederickson as an audience member to take their coat off his wedge monitor on the front of the stage. He even said please and thank you. Does that count?
  22. Isn't Scott Divine a member of this forum? Maybe he could explain and apologise.
  23. This sounds bloody awful on its own But in the context of the song it is absolutely perfect. The guitar and bass compliment each other nicely.
  24. It's such a shame, he's a brilliant bassist. His playing with Suicidal Tendencies and Infectious Grooves was brilliant. I didn't think he was pushed with Ozzy, the music was just basic hard rock. He could do something great with Metallica if the short arsed, power tripping third rate drummer and Stewie Griffin look alike would allow a decent mix.
  25. Freedom run - Kyuss
