Peavey used to make some great amps and basses back then. I think John Taylor of Duran Duran still uses a lot of old Peavey gear.

That's exactly what my local rehearsal room still has. I think the bass probably is from the mid 90's and still on the original strings.

Since seeing reviews of the Justin Chancellor cry baby wah I really want one but I don't want to pay £300 for one. Are there any similar alternatives which are cheaper but still good?

I'm buying tickets for smaller shows next summer. I'm not really in to big shows anyway. I'll probably avoid the mosh pit for a while.

Sadly I don't believe he does.

It's a nice idea but I certainly wouldn't modify my basses to make them fold.
