1.
Serious bargain, these bridges are excellent - I have five of them on various basses. Usually about £60, shame I don't need another one at the moment! Jon.

That is a superb price!
Cheers for the good words guys - contemplating starting yet another project just to use this, so buy it and save me from divorce.....
2. Fabulous - I used to own a Listerud Totem 7 string, and it was probably the most finely crafted bass I've ever owned. Bassculture pickups are excellent Worthy of the Ox indeed! - bump
3. Fabulously lovely DB Bump, and speculative PM sent
4.
my late 70's gibson RD and ampeg SVT VR head wwith 810AV cab:
Now that's a proper man's bass and rig...... Ace
5.
Great bridges. GLWTS
Thanks ahpook, great indeed! Bump with price drop to £30

7. Matt bought a bridge off me; instant payment, great comms, smooth deal - cheers fella!!!
8.
I also think flea is awful but I'm ready for lots of people to correct me on that one.
Nope, totally with you there!
What about some Hawkwind or Marillion? (Spoken in the voice of Neal from the Young Ones)
So Lemmy's a dame? That explains a great deal....... NB: am I the only one to have never heard of the Pixies?
9. Jeez, I wish you'd stop listing such lovely gear Si - guitarist in my very first (school) band in '77 had one of these, so to me this is what a Strat "should" look like..... - bump
10. Hi-mass Fender fit bridge now also sold
11.
PM`d Tort and White scratchplates
Replied - pickguards/scratchplates/whatever-you-call-'em sold
12. Bump with price drops
13. Schaller chrome 3-D bridge for 4-string, with dedicated spacer plate to raise height, also with screws, almost like new, £35 posted. NOW £30. *SOLD pending usual* Fantastic bridges, configurable in every plane
14. 6. Thumb-rest for P bass in black plastic with screws, brand new, £4 posted
15. 5. Machine-head ferrules, brand new genuine Fender, chrome, for P or J “elephant ear” tuners (came with set of ’75 RI) £5 posted
16. 4. Heavy “keyhole” bridge/tailpiece, Jap late ‘70’s/early ‘80’s, really thick chromed base-plate with massive solid brass keyhole saddles, fully adjustable. Note that this is for thru-body stringing and the holes through the baseplate are staggered to allow for differential intonation. Great for a project and cost me £25 to import from the US - £17 posted
17. 3. High mass bridge, chromed, direct Fender-fit; unsure of make but nicely chunky, and tailpiece section fully hides ball-end of strings £10 posted *SOLD*
18. 2. Jazz bass white pearl pickguard, like new, 3-ply W/B/W comments re fitting as above, £6 posted. *SOLD*
19. Having a clearout of some unused project parts: 1. Jazz bass tort pickguard, brand new (protective film still on front surface), 3-ply tort/W/B, celluloid top layer. Unsure which model it’s for, ask for any measurements; no holes for thumb-rest or pickup cover. £6 posted. *SOLD*
20.
They come and go on ebay, but they have an actual web-shop too. http://www.customworldguitarparts.com/default/gitaar-halzen/jazz-bass-maple-neck-20-frets-pearl-block-inlay-with-binding.html The shop seems slightly cheaper than ebay too
That's the one, cheers! I did wonder whether you could put a bullet truss rod adjuster on those: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TRUSSROD-NUT-BULLET-CHROME-FOR-FENDER-GUITARS-/351118760252?pt=UK_Guitar_Accessories&hash=item51c04f193c as it looks plain wrong like that
21.
Custom world guitar parts do one. Theyre in the Netherlands. Never seen one, but pictures look good
I was looking for exactly the same thing for my build last month, and nearly pulled the trigger on one of these on their eBay listing - they seem not to be listing at the moment. Looked excellent, other than non-authentically having a separate board. Worked out around £100 incl shipping, so comparable to Mighty Mite (who only do dot markers?) If you could live with rosewood these look good value: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/20-Fret-Jazz-J-Bass-Guitar-Neck-Vintage-Maple-Rosewood-with-Skunk-Stripe-/261511242840?pt=UK_Collectables_Vintage_RL&hash=item3ce348e458 I ended up shelling out a fair bit more for a genuine '78 Fender neck from the States in maple / pearl blocks - still worked out cheaper than a new '75 RI neck from Stratosphere (going on a AVRI '75 body)
22. For cool factor: Gaye Advert
23. Others come and go, but I still constantly listen to; Simple Minds - New Gold Dream Magazine - Secondhand Daylight Joy Division - Heart & Soul Japan - Quiet life Siouxsie &the Banshees - Once / Twice upon a time Penetration - Moving Targets Cat Stevens - Tea for the Tillerman Brian Eno & David Byrne - My life in the bush of ghosts Mark Knopfler -Cal (soundtrack) Kate Bush - The kick inside The Jam - All mod cons / Setting Sons Smiths - Best 1& 2 Pink Floyd - Wish you were here
24. Should have kept - 1980's Graham Crook custom fretless 4 - rather like a neck-thru Wal. Lovely, unique, sold for a pittance Well shot of - Columbus Jazz copy (2nd bass), a dog even by cheap plywood-bodied bass standards. I fitted a '60's Gibson mudbucker by the neck which must have increased its value by several factors of magnitude, had I but known. Swapped for a bike, which I crashed
25. Used to be mine - rare and awesomely lovely and muscular amp, basically the power section of an SVT-2 with an added presence control. Proper old-school valve power, but hi-fi clarity and warmth You can plug an active bass directly into it without needling a separate pre Now been in Wales for past 3 BC-er's - where next???
