Paul bought two basses from me, payed right away and communication was a breeze 👍👍

Fodera. If that fails any modern bass that doesn't resemble a Fender in philosophy at all. Aries is a great example.

Bought a bass from Barrie - helpful chap, pleasant communication, bass exactly as described and he even managed to ship it a thousand miles away so it arrived the next day 👍👍

For sale, my Fender Fender Flea Jazz Bass. No trades please. Need money to buy a better camera, judging from these photos... Everything is original, everything in great condition. No idea of the exact weight, but it's definitely not particularly heavy. I'm happy to ship within the EU at cost. Payment by bank transfer please. That "art photo" was intended to show the neck is straight, but it emphasized the curve instead... anyways: the neck is straight and it plays great since I've spent a fair amount of time setting it up to be just right. Thanks for looking! Srdjan

For sale, my Fender Nate Mendel P Bass. No trades please. Currently strung with La Bella flats. I've replaced the Seymour Duncan SPB-3 with Fender Original P Bass pickup. Both pickups are included. Comes with a gig bag, double neck plate, the whole shebang. This has been my main bass for years and I've taken good care of it. I doubt there's even a scratch on it that wasn't there when I bought it My broken scale thinks this bass has 8.8 lbs, which I doubt, but it's definitely not particularly heavy. I'm happy to ship within the EU at cost. Payment by bank transfer please. Thanks for looking! Srdjan

Music software for chord sequences to practice with

I've been using Chordpulse for years. It's no Band in a box, but it's a lot simpler, easier to use and cheaper. Looks good too, even has a dark mode Only occasionally do I miss some complex chords. -
It's been long since I've had Squiers and MIJ Fenders, but I have had three Harley Bentons and changed quite a few MIM Fenders + tried some other basses of the same brands owned by friends. It seems to me HB basses are often too heavy and/or have neck dive and the pickups in the vintage-looking models sound more modern than you would expect. For the money, they're great. You can probably find one that has nothing wrong with it that would seriously bother you. But I wouldn't go as far as to compare them with MIM Fenders just yet. I liked the sound of this one, though: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fD7ZM9_FO4

I'm a hobbyist bassist from Croatia, been playing for 20 some years. Always wanted to learn the darned thing proper, but life never fails to get in the way. Still, I like to play with anyone who'll have me once a week and enjoy the occasional gig or two. I'm not too picky about my instruments, as long as they play and look nice for my taste. I usually just pick them based on the genre I happen to be playing. That's about it. Hope you're doing well in these difficult times
