1. I'm selling my Bergantino CN212 cab with original padded cover. 700 watts, 4 ohms and a very manageable 20kg weight. The cab has had light use and is in excellent condition - there are a few light blemishes on the top surface where an amp has rested, but nothing that's really noticeable. £725 collected from my home in Crystal Palace, South London. Thanks for looking. Here's a review: http://www.bassguitarmagazine.com/tests/bergantino-cn212-cab/
2. Thanks! Yes it is a 42mm nut. Nice neck profile though. More C shape than D shape.
3. A lovely example of the Sterling by Musicman Ray34 bass in Honeyburst, and in near mint condition. Lovely grain, no issues and everything works as expected. The only blemishes are some light fingernail swirls on the pickguard. Comes with original gigbag. Collection from South London preferred, but I have the original box too so can post at cost.
4. I have a spare ticket for Alanis Morissette at Hammersmith Apollo, London on 13th July 2018. It's an actual ticket, not an e-ticket. Priced at face value including postage - £65. The ticket is in the Circle - Block 1 Row U. Thanks for looking. Message me if you need further info.
5. Price drop bump... Now £350 for the Duo and £400 for the Double.
6. BCs, Up for sale is my pair of Glockenklang cabinets - the Duo 2x10, and the Double 2x12. Both cabs are the 8ohm ceramic driver versions. Both are in very good condition - the 2x12 is in exceptional condition, and come with padded Roqsolid covers. They sound fantastic. Both cabs together sound immense and they compliment each other very well. I will split but prefer to sell them as a pair. Price for the Duo 2x10 is £400 £350. Price for the Double 2x12 is £450 £400. I'm based in Crystal Palace, South London. I'd prefer a straight sale but will consider trades for Bergantino HD/HDN/Reference cabinets. Specs on the Duo: Technical Data: (Neodym in brackets) Powerhandling: 400 watts Impedance: 4 or 8 or 16 ohms (neodym 8 or 16 ohms only) Sensitivity: 100 dB/1 W/1 m Frequency range: 39 Hz - 18 KHz Dimensions HxWxD: 410 x 595 x 435mm (16" x 23.5" x 17.1") Weight: 24.3 kg / 53.6 lbs (20.4 kg / 45 lbs) Specs on the Double: Technical Data: Powerhandling: 500 watts Impedance: 4 or 8 ohms Sensitivity: 100 dB/1 w/1 m Frequency range: 36 Hz - 18KHz Dimensions HxWxD: 555 x 595 x 435 mm (22,5" x 24,5" x 17,1") Weight: 29 kg (64 lbs) Lots of pics can be found here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/22652002@N08/albums/72157693397366864/with/39740358245/ ...but here's a taster! Thanks for looking, Derrick
7. I have an HS210 and a HT115. It's a monster rig. Breadth, depth, girth, punch, clarity, warmth - everything in the right amount. It's a rig that can reproduce your tone and deliver regardless of style of music. The 210 in particular is a gem. I've had mine for over 7 years now and it remains my point of reference. Bump for the best rig currently on the forum.
8. I used to have a 1225V. Nicely compact, like a Bergantino 2x10 cab. Weighs the same as my wife. Gorgeous tone.
9. These are Series 6 and have a valve in the preamp stage. I believe the first TE preamps to use valves that weren't the monstrous VA350/400 heads!

SOLD

It's mine now. I bought it after the original sale fell through. And it's lovely. Sorry chaps!
11. I bought Ed's Warwick Streamer. He's a lovely guy to deal with every step of the way. He even delivered it to me as he was gigging in London the weekend of the sale! Ed is a credit to Basschat. I'd buy from him again without hesitation.
12. Hi, I'm selling my pair of Focal CMS40s. They are in very good condition and have no issues. These are a very good pair of small monitors and easily hold their own up against more expensive hi-end monitors (like my Unity Audio Rocks!). They come in original boxes with manual, rubber slip mats, phase plugs, and tool for removing the front grilles. Collection preferred from Crystal Palace, South London. Postage at cost is possible but will be the price of two separate boxes. Review can be found here: http://www.soundonso...l-cms40-cms-sub Price is £390
13. If you're talking about product catalogues, I've actually got old product catalogues for the Mark IV, Mark V and Series 6 ranges! I found them again when clearing out my mum's house when she moved.
14. It is a great interface...but before you sell in haste... What Mac OS are you running? I successfully use mine with a 2014 MacBook Pro running El Capitan with a thunderbolt to firewire adaptor.
15.
Wow, very nice looking bass. GLWTS.

Lovely.. one of the non-burst models from the initial run. GLWTS.
Cheers guys. It has the 44.5mm nut spacing and quite a thin neck by P bass standards. Contrary to suggestion I've seen about the Walnut Elite on the internet - it is definitely not made from the previous year's Walnut Precision Special surplus parts. I have one of those too - so I know for a fact .
16.
PM'd
And replied!
17.
Wow. Thats pretty. You don't see too many of these around. GLWTS
Thank you
18.
Got a video, soundclips?
Give me a day or so and I'll try and get something up. The neck pick up on it's own is pure P bass. The bridge pickup on it's own is over the top treble and clanky. But blend a little in with the neck pickup and it gives a nice brightness. Quite unique really.
19. I've reluctantly decided to sell my Fender Precision Walnut Elite II. I bought it from a BC member about a year ago. The original post can be found here: http://basschat.co.u..._1#entry2859364 It's from 1983 and is in good overall condition. There are very few dings for a bass of this age but the laquer has started to delaminate from the wood in places, most noticeably on the back, and a couple of laquer chips around the bass of the instrument. The neck is very good, the electrics are noise free, truss rod and everything else works as you would expect. The ebony fingerboard is in very good condition. I had the frets levelled when I bought the bass (work carried out by Feline Guitars in Croydon). The jack socket was replaced at the same time as the original was very loose - the original jack socket is included. Other than this the bass is in original condition, comes with the optional Schaller strap locks and original Voyagair ATA case, which is still useable. I'm also including a Fender catalogue from that year (that I've had since I was a kid!) that details the Fender Elite range, and this exact model. I just want back what I paid for this so the price is £1195. Weight is 10 and 3/4 lbs. Collection from my home in Crystal Palace/Upper Norwood, South London preferred but it could be couriered. Any questions, please ask! The pics:
