  1. Now sold out on the site but more coming in June I think.
  2. Zac Rizer’s demos are always first rate.
  3. The Doom 2 is my favourite pedal and I’ve had one on my board since I first got one. It’s a fantastic synth fuzz, although it took me some getting my head around when I first got it as I was used mainly to Muff-style fuzzes. A lot of time and effort has gone into the design, not just of the circuit but of the enclosure too. It’s a custom enclosure and the printing is fantastically well done. It doesn’t hurt that it sounds great too though. I’m glad that supply and demand are finally getting into a more sensible place again and I hope more people have a chance to try it.
  4. That is an absolute beauty!
  5. I picked up a lovely ‘60s-style P bass at the weekend (the surf green). I’ve not owned this many Fenders before so good timing on the thread! The picture is cropped to within an inch of its life but (from left to right) it’s a P with rounds, P with flats, passive jazz, fretless jazz and active jazz. The active jazz is getting most of the love because it has a detuner and it’s made it easy to play drop D. The basses are all stock save for the active which has Lindy-Fralin pick-ups and a 3 Leaf preamp.
  6. Absolutely amazing but of kit. I expect to see it on more pedalboards. The Demon looks cool too!
  7. Really nice! Great demo!
  8. Crazy pedal day today! I've been putting wanted ads out for a T-70 for over two years (sorry for all those who've had to wade through them every month). I'm still looking for the version with the later finish and would be willing to swap pedal(s) and cash for one (including this T-70 if you're worried about not having one). The pedal on the right is a Beetronics Royal Jelly from the Revenge of the 5th release.
  9. The 0xEAE Fuzz looks brutal and brilliant. The Black Math is an interesting one; it's a bit different from the other Muff fuzzes I've played but good for it. Alec at MAE knows his fuzzes!
  10. Haha, I'm sorry! I'm just trying to spread pedal joy. The Life Pedal is amazing fun. I think it was my favourite pedal of 2022 (which is why I doubled/trebled down on it). I've picked up the EQD-1 expression pedal since too and it makes it even more of a beast.
  11. Thank you for the kind comment! The Talkbass 3 Leaf Audio thread have been raving about the GR2 saying it is Spencer's best filter. That's a bold claim but it is a great bit of kit.
  12. *SOLD* I'm putting my 3 Leaf Audio GR2 up for sale. I picked it up in December last year on this forum. The GR2 is a very well-regarded envelope filter from the man who makes some of the best envelope filters in the business. It's in good shape and full working order. The pedal comes with the 3 Leaf box albeit not the original box for that pedal (which is how I received it). I'll cover UK postage by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  13. *SOLD* I'm putting my Idiotbox Effects Blower Box Deluxe up for sale. The Deluxe takes the original Blower Box design (which is a brilliant bass distortion circuit in its own tight) and adds a low-pass-filter and clean blend. It's in great shape and full working order. I'll cover UK postage by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  14. *TRADED* I'm putting my MAE Black Math up for sale. I ordered this limited run reverse finish unit directly from Alec at MAE in Pittsburgh. I'm a fan of MAE pedals and I think this is the best of them; it's a NYC-style Muff designed to get a White Stripes-esque sound, and it's known for sounding good on bass. It's full of heft and can get hairy. It's in great shape and full-working order. I have the box but the file size of the photo is a whopping 1.9mb so I can't upload it. If you're interested in seeing it, please let me know and I'll try to get the photo to you. I'll cover UK postage by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  15. [Price drop to £245 posted to the UK] I'm putting my EQD Life Pedal v3 up for sale. This is one of my favourite ever pedals: I have it in three different colours, have the purpose-built expression pedal and have a custom-made clone; that's excessive even for me so I'm letting one go. It's the signature pedal of Sunn O))) and is a distortion with a blendable analog octave up and booster. It's basically a controllable wall of sound and one of the heaviest pedals I've used that is still musical. Three separate footswitches for the different elements allow a good degree of control and tailoring. It's in great shape and full-working order. I'll cover UK postage by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  16. [SOLD] I'm putting my Mountainking Megalith up for sale. It really is billed by Mountainking as the ultimate doom fuzz heaviest fuzz in the galaxy bass fuzz and it is indeed an absolute belter of a bass fuzz. It really is the Gandalf Edition too; I ordered directly from Alan and was given a choice of white or grey knobs to choose my Gandalf. It really didn't like having its photo taken against my table-top (fair enough) so I've included the picture I took for Instagram (which is why there's one photo with a grey background). It's in great shape and full-working order. I'll cover UK postage by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  17. [Price drop to £125 posted to the UK] I'm putting my Kink Dozer Fuzz up for sale. This absolute monster is based on the Shin-Ei 8TR Fuzz Wah and is intended for use with bass. It's extremely violent but musical and I don't recall playing another fuzz like it. I ordered this unit from Australia to try it out. It's in great shape and full-working order. I'll cover UK postage by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  18. *SOLD* I'm putting my JAM Pedals Ripply Fall Bass up for sale. It's in fantastic condition and is a wonderful-sounding chorus and vibrato tuned for bass. It's in great shape and full-working order. I'll cover UK postage by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  19. I think you may be able to use a CIOKS Stack Flex 4022 (the white / green, centre positive, 2.5mm version) in two 15v outlets: https://cioks.com/accessories/special-flex-cables/stack-flex/ I've found CIOKS to be extremely responsive with questions so maybe check this with them rather than take a chance at frying your pedal.
  20. £3.5k for a Wal would have been the cheapest I’ve seen one for several years and this looks to be in mint condition. Mk1’s typically seem to be fetching £5-7k and Mk2 and Mk3 Wals are harder to find. There was a period over Christmas 2022 where about six Wals sold from various UK stores before hitting the respective websites and things seemed to have cooled only a little (as shown by having dozens of enquiries from both sides of the Atlantic due to a single post here).
  21. I’m always happy to hang out with and chat to those that like pedals!
  22. I’d say the second Death Star if it had been finished. It’s actually not too bad because some of the enclosures hide quite light pedals. It is a bit of a beast though.
  23. The pedal I was waiting on to finish my sci-fi board arrived this week and the board is ready! Thanks to @lee650 for selling me the pedal that got the ball rolling a couple of years ago and to @pbasspecial and @andybassdoyle for a couple of other excellent pedals. The signal chain is: WTF > T-65 > Grand Tarkin > Destroyer Bass Fuzz > Dual Knightfall > Tarkinfall > Han-Taun > Kaiburr > No Moon > Resurrector > Hyperspace Bass Chorus > Darth Fazer > Harmochorus > Blue Harvest > Dark Father T-65 FX Loop: Boba Fuzz
  24. Excellent stuff! Brilliant Basschatter too so buy with confidence. Good luck with the sale!
  25. Agreed, sorry, I was just pointing it out to the thread at large as there seems a lot of DC7 love and that’s the best price I’ve seen for a while. Sorry if it seemed I was suggesting an unnecessary/unrealistic solution.
