1.
Mmmm, black and maple... Do you have a weight for it, Mike? Ta.
My scales aren't accurate but I'd guess between 9 and 10 pounds. It's certainly not heavy like a 75 RI Jazz I had. Certainly I've had no problem with the weight of it for 3 hour rehearsals
2.
That's very nice - are the original parts included?
The old scratch plate was black as well and I sold it on. If anyone wants it with a stock bridge I'll swap over with my deluxe and take a bit off the price.
3. Decided to move this on after acquiring a USA deluxe. It's a 2005 model with S1 switching and the bridge has been upgraded to a black Badass III. It's the classic comination of black body, maple neck and a fairly new black scrach plate. There are some cosmetic issues with this bass. There is a 'down to the bare wood' gash on the body and there is a thin gash to the lacquer bottom of the neck. Additionally there are some other minor marks on the body including rear buckle rash and nicks on the back of the neck. None of these affect the playability and it makes a great gigging workhorse without having to worry about getting little knocks as you would with a pristine model. I'm asking £525 which will include a moulded fender case as seen in the pics. If anyone wants the stock bridge, I'll take £25 off the price Am based in West Yorkshire and can meet up within a reasonable distance or am happy to post if buyer meets costs Here's a link to the pics on photobucket - http://s1126.photobu...library/USA%20P
4. Shuker pics now added
5. Andy - if you can get up to Wakefield, i have a Markbass NY121 you could have for a few days. I 'll probably need it back for a gig on the 15th though
6. A nice belgian beer served in the correct glass and the correct tempreature does it for me. Oh, and someone to listen to how good/awful the gig had gone. I'm lucky there cos my Mrs waits up for me whatever time I get in and has a drink and a chinwag with me.
7. Yup, the orange one is the Shuker Satinline prototype. I've since added a u-retro and had a battery box routed on the back. If i ever had to sell all except one bass, the Shuker would be the last man standing. Pic to follow.
8. post holiday bump
9. Don't normally show my bass pics but I just love the look of this shoreline gold American Deluxe P which arrived yesterday. Set her up last night bud sadly have to go to work now :-(

11. Some interest but still available
12. Still a great movie. Fave scene is where all the wannabees knock at jimmy's door for the vocalist auditions.
13. [sub]Still here bump[/sub]
14. This is the earlier Traveler model with the recessed top handle . It's 8 ohm and rated at 400w Couple of scrapes on the front, one on badge and other on grill, but these are only cosmetic and of course the cab works fine. Carpet in good condition, just a bit dusty from storage. I'm using a 121 cab now so this is surplus. Price includes UK postage. £310 if collected
15. It's nearly sold ! - just waiting for it all to get sorted before I update. Already beginning to regret it but a midget T was suit me better
16. Thank goodness for that. Small world though - 2 lovely sandbergs appearing within days of each other !
17. I wonder if this ended up on ebay. looks very similair but the piccies on the Gumtree ad aren't visible now. It has been withdrawn - guess the guy sold it at his shop. Bass Shack in Horsham. does anyone know it ?. Website has no bass gear currently for sale but a load of historic prices. Seems a little odd. 19.
Well what can i say apart from sorry Mike, completely missed your question, flat out at work at the moment so i get very limited time on the PC, but Im sure if you ask anyone who has bought gear from me will tell you i have impeccable manners. I can also state hand on heart that i have replied to everyone's questions (yeah ok Tonyquipment just about to PM you) At the moment amp is on hold but if that falls through i shall (in order) be in touch with the next person that got in touch with me. And Mike stop stalking me!
Sorry for hassling you Tony, it's just tricky to move to plan B when plan A is still up in the air. My manners comment was out of order, apologies.
20. I've just rung, it was actually Cash Convertors in Middleton. The guy told me it was on their website as well and went in 15 minutes . He asked me if it was a good price so I said he's undersold it by about 3-4 hundred God knows how much they gave the person who brought it in ! It was a rarewood finish with matching headstock as well, very nice indeed but I suspect the original owner is missing it
