2. Saw "Polar Bear" last night at the mint lounge in manchester. Its the bass player and big haired drummer from acoustic ladyland, coupled with two awesome sax players and another lad who was playing guitar, a kaoss pad and even a balloon at one point. Absolutely awesome acoustic jazz stuff i couldnt believe it youtube polar bear i recommend you do!!!

 5.
easy???? + isn't it downtuned? My bass tutor tried to teach me this years ago, never got it.
kidding arent you? i worked this out by ear, pretty simple bassline. nice though, dont get me wrong. whack it into youtube and watch some guys playing along, sometimes watching an individual play a bassline the way they do does baffle you

 11. no, im pretty new to reggae as of some time early last year, but im already in love with it, i even was daft enough to get 54-46 tattoo'd on my arm Im not playing in a band at the minute, i jam with friends, but ive started to notice how listening to so much reggae is affecting my own lines and improv jams, ive started to simple lines down the lines and give a lot more feel into each note. Im not saying im a reggae bass master all of a sudden, but i would love to try myself out in a reggae cover band hmmm maybe im going to have to post an ad in the local music shop... would love to hear some of your covers btw
 12.
What the tremolo like in your opinion?
the tremolo is surprisingly ok on bass. I mean ive never heard of axl other than this pedal but you can get a fair range of usable sounds out of it and it isnt noisy in the slightest.
 13.
I hope you fall over and graze your knee
tis a bit harsh, was only my opinion.

 21. Anybody had any experience with one of these http://www.andertons.co.uk/Products/Product.asp?id=13188 Very tempted, nice price tag for a bit of eden kit, but i also understand that these have been discontinued and was kinda the budget series anyway. anybody played through/owned one? Im thinking it might be good for small gigs and and DI'ing at larger gigs, if it sounds nice at decent volumes that is
 22. this looks awesome bit gutted ive just bought a bass micro cube rx to use for recording and practice, the stealth plug would have been a hell of a lot more practical. the cube is great for recording directly into the computer with but obviously doesnt come with the awesome software. tempted to just getting the software to run as a super cool vst with audacity. I doubt id dare to use this live though dont think my laptop would be able to cope running it smoothly, not sure if it will run it smoothly as a vst, what kind of laptop specs are you guys running it well on??
 23. quite a bit of mars volta stuff has a strong latino sound with superb bass parts thanks to juan alderete. give em a listen, far from sounding like traditional salsa/latino though. far from sounding like any traditional style of music to be honest though
 24. you apply it to your bass or guitar tracks on recording software that supports vst plugins
 25. fantastic, will be an early birthday prezzie for me that i reckon
