    Some guys I know who do it use the space for their bands and rent it out the rest of the time, they make a loss. For a couple of others it’s a labour of love, giving back to the music community, they also make a loss. Most around here have closed now 😕

    Beautiful, I would love to buy that and stick a Warmoth ebony unlined maple Precision neck on there There's someting quite Roscoe Beck about it, another example of Fender doing something a little different and doing it very well indeed (if only they'd do it more often). That's a great price given current USA Fender prices also 👍
