  1. That's cool. Any idea what it is/was? Reminds me of a Jackson Kelly....
  2. Best so far, complete GRBass backline, and finding a Westone Spectrum DX, which was my first good bass at a really good price.
  3. Took me thirty five yeaes to find my ideal pick. Always used .88, but different shapes and materials until I found Dunlop Ultex tri 0.88.
  4. Used to be mine, sold to pay rent a few years ago. Great bass.
  5. Cant imagine Skynyrd playing that song.... 😄
  6. Basses are beautiful, but find the presenter annoying.
  7. As a death metal band, we're doing quite well for gigs so far this year. Got six definite, plus, were getting offers from promoters/venues/bands pretty often. I haven't played outside of the metal scene for a long time, so couldn't say on other genres.
  8. Had one for a few months. It's currently permanently on in my signal chain for my main band.

    Octave up pedal.

Seeking wisdom from the collective hive mind. Looking at running an octave pedal, with octave up. Currently running distortion via a Darkglass pedal. I need to keep the distortion plus an octave up. Is there a pedal that does this without breaking the bank?
  10. Cheers, will give the a try.
  11. Does anyone know if there is a UK based maker of custom gigbags? I have a lefty Sandberg 48 five string bass, that came with a Sandberg supplied right handed gigbag. This means the strings and controls etc sit against my back when in the gigbag. Sandberg only do the right handed gigbags....
  12. I would say no. Offer €260, reflects the work needed to bring it up to scratch. They are excellent bass guitars, but that needs attention.
