Ah, so this is the bass that's better than the limited edition redwood top one I sold here?

Must be one of the best fivers around, because even that bass was fantastic, fabulous etc... But it didn't have six strings, so it had to go.

I would very much love a 6 string, another reason to move her on.

And Molan got it from me!

Really lovely bass, good luck with the sale... (I'm tempted to have it back!)

I remember when you were selling her originally and I wanted her so bad, but definitely couldn't afford her! There's a great amount of me that really doesn't want to get rid of her!

...........But sometimes these things have to happen!

  3. Hello all!

...........Basically I'm in need of some cash to buy some more instruments ([s]piano and[/s] an electric drum kit) and so I've finally come to the conclusion that I could probably live with a bass that isn't as beautifully fantastic as this one.

    Dear me. The Specs are:

Neck Thru, 35" scale, Solid AAAA Maple body (walnut stained), twin EMG-40DC pickups and 18v active electronics.

It has a graphite reinforced 3pc rock maple satin finish neck, 24 fret Pau Ferro fingerboard with lovely abalone Spector inlays. Gold hardware, including Spector solid brass locking bridge and Schaller tuners.

The serial number is 109 and her birthday is 18/12/03! (As American Spectors are hand made by Mr Stuart Spector they have this info on the back of the headstock, I'm not crazy).

Action is ridiculously low, and plays like a dream. Literally plays itself. The bass is very versatile and have used her for a number of different genres, no matter what gig I always get the "Wow, your bass sounds incredible!" sometimes followed by a "What Warwick is that?". No.

She is in amazing condition, a few blemishes on the bottom by the jack, I've tried to highlight this in a photo but it's not obvious.

This bass retails for $5999 (taken from Spector's price sheet) which roughly converts to £4000.

Based on this, I'd be looking for [s]£2500[/s] £1900 ono.

Although I'm selling her so that I can get other instruments, I would ideally still like a nice bass too, so I'm open to part trade and part cash, but I ideally need at least [s]£800 -£1000 cash to buy the kit and piano[/s] £350+, so if you have any offers buy all means ask me, stupid questions will get stupid answers

I really like Status S2's, [s]Warwick thumb or Euro Spectors[/s] or anything else, try me,whatever it is it needs to be a 5/6 string.

Has been pointed out and now confirmed that the A string tuning peg is slightly damaged. You can see this in the 6th picture down (headstock). This does not affect the bass what so ever, the peg is a bit tight but nothing else. Due to this looking at a reduced £1900, mainly looking for a bass + cash though please.

    Cheers all :yarr:

  4. Hello kids,

After not doing much band stuff for a while and living in a top floor flat (meaning my amp volume is acceptable on '1') I've decided to move this gear on, hopefully in the search of something smaller and less powerful.

I'm selling a Little Mark 250 and a Markbass traveller 4x10. Both have been used very little for gigging and have spent most the time in the flat, however the Little mark head has some cosmetic wear to it, as I obtained this second hand (it also has 'finn' printed on the top of the head).

Both work 100% and Markbass really do make the most beautiful (and lightweight) amps, so whatever smaller amp I'm purchasing is definitely going to be Markbass.

The Little Mark is 250 watts, looking for SOLD.

The 4x10 is 800 watt 8 ohm, looking for £350

Pickup from Brighton, if you want it shipped you will need to organise this, with my help :)

Always available to demo, I have a lovely Spector NS5XL that compliments this amp far too much.

    Any questions please ask, cheers!

  5. Hello,

Selling my Boss ME50b pedal board as it's sat gathering dust, not doing a lot of band work at the moment so it doesn't get used!

The pedal itself has cosmetic scratches, but works 100%.

Official Boss power supply will be included, these have to be bought separately when purchasing as new.

£100 is the asking price, but I will also consider offers. No box or manual, however manual can be obtained online, and the pedal is pretty straight forward tbh.

Collection from Brighton/Hove area, can ship but costs will be added on top.

    Any questions PM, cheers!

  6. Hello all!

I have my very lovely Status S2 5 string (black hardware, bolt on) bass up for swapsies, as I've been borrowing a friends 6 string and I've very much taken to it.

Soooo now I want to take the plung and get a decent 6 string. I absolutely love my Status and I also use a Spector NS 5 so anything similar to these pair would be perfect.

Cash is also except able, I bought the Status (Stacey as she's known) for £1000 off here, so I'd be looking for the same amount.

I will add pictures soon, the bass has a few dings but works and plays like a dream (as any Statii player will know).

But please someone find me a 6 string, I REALLY WOULD LIKE ONE.

    Cheers!
