  1. It is too light to photograph, it is sufficient to say that it is one of the least marked freless necks I've owned Tony
  2. No worries, will try and Photograph it, but having owned several fretless basses, I would say it is lighter than the wear I have had on many basses in the past Deal is as stated above Stingray, modulus flea preferred Thx Tony
  3. I just had a real good look at this bass today The overall condition is very good, there is some string wear on the neck, more so on under the E string, but it is very light. There is a slight nick in the headstock and some very light marks on the rear of the bass, apart from that it is in great condition, I would give it 9.5 / 10! Images below, these are taken with my phone, if you require any more, please ask [attachment=100103:sting_fretless_1.JPG] [attachment=100104:sting_fretless_2.JPG]
  4. Other "trade up" options include.... Classic stingray (yes please) Modulus Flea (but not big flake sparkle) Tony
  5. I'll get some pics later today Not on here too often right now, easier to get me on shepsurf at gmail.com Tony
  6. May consider other 4 string basses! Sandberg jm4 springs to mind!
  7. Hi I could be up for trading my mint music man stingray, HH, lined fretless, sunburst, for a fretted stingray! It is in mint condition, plays great, with MM case! Really want another 'ray, but fretted as that is what I use in my band Pics up soon Tony
  8. Me shell ndegeocello is plying these type of bump
  9. Lots of messages about this bass, I've answered the first message in the list, if I don't hear anything by the end of today, I will work back through the PM's Tony
  10. Just got in from practice, will sort through PM's when I can open my eyes Tony
  11. Bought this late last year, but not getting played, time to move it on! Fender jazz from 95/96 MIJ Black, rosewood fretboard This bass has been played! See the origanil sale thread http://basschat.co.uk/topic/151517-sold-fender-japan-jazz-bass-9596-model-sold/page__fromsearch__1 It plays fine, It no longer has a case and it would benefit from a good set up! I'm knocking a fair bit off what I paid for it! £275 firm I believe that is a good price No trades I can pack this if you want to arrange a courier Tony
  12. Yeah it's from lakland, but not sure if its a skyline or US neck? Whatever it is I'm just happy to be keeping this bass!
  13. Yeah, will do! Not sure of the origin of the neck, the availability and price would suggest its US! I paid for it last week and it got posted Friday I assume it's slow mail as shipping was around $35, probably USPS? I should start a thread on this instead of updating a for sale thread ! Tony
