    The 90's was a really confusing time for metal. Things started to fall apart. Bruce Dickinson left Maiden. Vince Neil left Motley Crue. Grunge happened. New sounds like Sepultura, Nine Inch Nails and Tool came into play, and new genres opened up. Newsted cut his hair. Ellefson cut his hair. I couldn't get along with any of it.

    You know, I didn't actually know that. I have read quite a few of their bios etc and I don't recall that (no reason to disbelieve you though).

    I know one of these too. Can't fault how he gets the crowd going. Have seen it happen but only in one band. He is only there because he props himself up with talented musicians, and maintains extremely tight control over unauthorised recordings of his vocals (no YT clips allowed if their sound guy hasn't worked his magic etc).

    Same here. I could easily punch Rod Stewart in the face for no particular reason. But he'd probably say the same about me if he read this.

    I saw these do a support slot. It was dire. I have got heavy metal running through my veins but even I objected to the girls shouting in place of singing. Worst idea ever. At one point, my mate leant over and yelled in my ear, "This is really shit!" just as the song ended. Oops.

    Fortunately, I have not come across anyone wearing shorts in a tab video. Mind you, after seeing my number one idol David Ellefson peddling his wares on Twitter last week, my eyes are freshly bleached and anything else would be positively tame in comparison at this point.

    😂 I print the tabs off too. Then I end up writing all over them and confusing myself. Impressed you figure your own out, I have not got that far with it yet.

    But you want to know what I hate? How when you watch a bass video on YouTube and some guy is just sitting there, all junk and no face. Like turn your body away from the camera a little bit, dude. I don't wanna see your package! Any other ladies have this issue?
