  1. This is the most white person thing I have ever read.
  2. And likewise, I don't know why you insist that we must all carry heavy equipment around. As I said earlier, unless someone is doing it for me, I'm not breaking my back to carry around equipment 'that looks good onstage'.
  3. Guess my band was so offensive that it got the post removed. 😆
  4. Oh no! Using IEMs and a DI must mean I have to have someone carry me to the stage!
  5. Have a lie down mate, you've earned it.
  6. Speaking of 'dim Americans', today marks one year since the Capitol insurrection. I'm pretty sure a few people in this thread would have been there screaming 'Freedom!'.
  7. Very unlikely to happen now though.
  8. This award has been given out since 2009. Wakey wakey!
  9. Please tell - what is required in your eyes to be a 'musician'?
  10. Thanks for backing up my point. 😂
  11. So someone else was shifting around your rig...
  12. Did you have to purchase them? Were you your own roadie?
  13. Have you ever played a gig where the condition of joining the band was that multiple Marshall stacks were required for every show?
  14. Leamington had Sharks for a few years. Great band who I had the pleasure of seeing many times:
  15. Until someone carries my rig for me, I'll use the smallest, lightest and best sounding rig going. I'm not getting a bad back for some old boy who says "Back in my day!".
  16. Xotic Bass RC Booster is another great little preamp.
  17. Fair play to Wet Leg but I really do not rate the song...
  18. How does the Waza compare to the TU-3?
  19. From what I can find online, he did use flats on certain songs, especially albums 4 and 5 but he was mainly a rounds guy.
  20. That's so incredibly sad. Some people, like the OP, don't or can't understand that certain words can affect someone and when they're exposed in that environment time and time again, it really hurts them. Bit of an old skool mentality, especially in this thread. A lot of boys (boys, not men) who try to pass off hurtful words as 'banter'. To me, banter is a way of covering up your own insecurities but trying to come off as the 'tough' one. Mental health is no joke. Would you tell anyone who has served in the armed forces and suffers from PTSD to 'man up'?
  21. I have a TGI Extreme that I picked up for £40. Served me well the last couple of years and puts its higher cost competitors to shame. If I'm getting on a flight? Definitely the Hiscox or an SKB.
