    Beats are known to be clever marketing - no better than the £30 bluetooth headphones on Amazon.

    D'Addario are already one of the smoothest roundwounds out there so it's either a nickel allergy or you really don't like rounds. DR Hi Beams or Fat Beams are the smoothest steel strings you can buy. GHS Pressurewounds are a good alternative to nickel roundwounds.
